After the founding of new China, and gradually establish a more completesystem of minority education, China’s national higher education system is also afterthe founding of the People’s Republic of China gradually established and developed.National higher education system is an important part of our education system, withdistinct Chinese characteristics and national characteristics. The new national systemof higher education research involves multidisciplinary research in ethnology,education, history, management, sociology, folklore, cultural and anthropology. In thebeginning of the new century, the study and improvement of China’s national systemof higher education for innovation in national higher education, practice equity ineducation, promoting the common economic development of minority areas, toconsolidate national unity, promoting social harmony and heritage and promotenational culture, are highlight the profound theoretical significance and the importantsocial value in practice.The thinking of some kind of education tend to be institutionalized form, in thelong run, the real effective role in education and practice. Therefore, compared withthe Educational Thought, the study of the educational system is particularly important.Therefore, the new national higher education system in China changes course for thepractice of higher education reform and development of our national significance. Inthe study, breaking the previous single institutional perspective, the multi-dimensionaldevelopment of the higher education system "and the" New Chinese minority highereducation history changes "the combination, thus highlighting the multidimensionalchanges" to "national system of higher education research new ideas.
