Mongols' higher education is regarded as the important component of the education for minorities in China, which has made great achievements with the support of the country. But because of plural impact and fuzzy understanding, the Mongols' higher education ignores to integrate plural culture on the basis of minority's traditional culture. So this research stands on the position with plural value, and puts the plural cultural integrated educational theory as foundation, and combines the research approach of the subjectivity and objective reality. At the same time, this research tries to understand the interaction between the Mongols' traditional culture and others culture by from the long-term historical course as much as possible. And by from the association with the Han nationality and other nationals, this research tries to combine traditional culture with plural culture, and finally tries to propose some thinking. This text is formed by four following chapters mainly: Chapter one is the introduction. This part states the reason of the selected title at first, summarizes such respects as national culture and higher education of ethnic minority, etc., and introduce in detailed the purpose and meaning, theoretical foundation and research approach of study at the same time. Chapter two is the researcher's theoretical foundation. Discussing the ethnic minority education, the ethnic minority higher education and cultural conceptions, I defined the research object and category at first, and then combined the plural culture education theory with Chinese nation's plural integrative pattern as the foundation, proposed ethnic minority plural cultural. Regarding this as the breakthrough point, I expounded the fact that national characteristic and pluralism were an essential attribute that of the ethnic minority higher education has, and it ran through every activities all the time. Chapter three studied in the status of subjectivity. I have interviewed of Mongols'university students and teachers with mastering of traditional culture, attitude toward plural culture, the true views on minority higher education and understanding of plural culture education in order to establish the foundation for comparatively objective analysis and research. Chapter four studied in the status of objective reality. At first regarded the pluralism of the Mongols' traditional culture and higher education in conformity with it as the clue, and combined the opportunity and challenge facing in present with the realistic state of Mongols' higher education, I analyzed the double historical mission facing by to the Mongols' high educational development. By means of questionnaire investigation and interview, I tried to put forward my own views to the plural culture integrated education in terms of theory and practice.
