Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, in the great practice of China’s rural reform, greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of hundreds of millions of farmers, the great liberation and development of rural productivity, greatly improve the material and cultural life of the majority of farmers, China’s rural economy and society have undergone a tremendous and profound changes.
