With the development of globalization and informationization, the value system, cultureconflict profoundly affects the living environment and working environment of middle schoolteachers. Since entering the new century, China is in the period of complex social transition, thedevelopment of professional ethics of middle school teachers faced with all kinds of crisis, whichwill not only affect the middle school teacher’s profession development and teachers’ individualhealthy development, will also affect the future development of educational object. Goodprofessional ethics is the basic quality of every middle school teacher, the full construction ofwell-off society and further promote the reform of quality education in the context of China,teacher professional ethics in middle school is attracting more and more attention and importance.In this paper, based on previous research, conducted a questionnaire survey of middle schoolteachers, the data obtained professional ethics status of teachers in middle school, the use ofinterviews and discussion deeply middle school teacher professional ethics problems, andanalysis of data obtained in the causes of teacher professional ethics. Combined with thecharacteristics of middle school teachers’ professional and the characteristics of education objects,trying to find out the ways to realize the good professional ethics of middle school teachers, andto put forward reasonable promotes the teacher professional ethics level of middle schools.
