The teacher is the engineer of the human soul and the guide of youngstudents. Their ideological political quality and occupation moral level are directlyrelated to the hundreds of millions of Chinese youngsters’ healthydevelopment,which relates the fate of national and the future development of ourmotherland.The teachers in middle school in our country, with the vast majority ofteachers noble morality, which indicates that the morality of the mainstream ispositive, healthy and upward. Middle school teacher occupation moral is good ingeneral,but which does not represent the there is no problem, on the contrary, ethicsof minority teachers is quite serious. In recent years, a few teachers often appear "aweak legal concept, exam-oriented education thought is stubborn, low quality, lackof individual occupation ideal and belief " and other issues, which is more and morepopular. In view of the above, further research on middle school teacher occupationmorality and construction of a noble morality quality teachers has become a pressingmatter of the moment.In this paper,the study object are occupation morality of schoolteachers,which based on the reality of the local village school and focuses on theanalysis of the actual problems and the problems of the school teacher occupationmorals construction. On the basis of exploring the causes, we put forward ideas andsuggestions to improve the occupation moral status of middle school teachers. Fromstrengthening the concept of law, advocating teaching according to the law; changingconcepts of education, the implementation of quality education; the concept oflifelong learning and learning teachers; establishing the occupation ideal and belief,from these four aspects of improving professional ethics of exploration is to promoteteachers to consciously practice the ethics, the ethics requirements into a consciousbehavior, from "heteronomy" to "self" is the ultimate goal of moral construction. Tocreate a good construction environment, initiative and fully mobilize the enthusiasmof teachers, arouse teachers’ professionalism, through the combined method ofinternal and external causes of improving teachers’ personal moral cultivation, so asto solve the current problems of morality loses.
