Study On Highly Educated Teachers' Professional Ethics Situation And Countermeasures Of Dali University

Highly educated teachers refer to teachers who have a doctor's degree in university.In recent years,with the introduction of highly educated talents in universities,the number of highly educated personnel has become more and more,and it has become a unique group.Highly educated teacher plays a leading role in teaching?research?discipline construction and talent training.Their professionalism and professional ethics have an important influence on college students and other teachers.However,due to the impact of various complex factors,there are some problems with their professional morality.Only according to the specific situation to analyze and solve problems,can further cultivate the professional ethics of highly educated teachers,so as to promote the construction of teachers' professional ethics.And ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the quality of talent training.Based on the understanding of the importance of professional ethics of highly educated teachers,this paper has carried out relevant research.Firstly,it introduces the research status of teachers' professional ethics both at home and abroad.Then based on the systematic elaboration and learning of university teachers' professional ethics basic theory,through field interviews,questionnaire and statistics to analyze the problems and its reasons of professional ethics of highly educated teachers in Dali University.Finally,in view of these questions,the author puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of professional ethics of highly educated teachers in Dali University.According to their number and the commitment to scientific research,teaching and other workload point,highly educated teachers have become the core strength of school development,the level of their professional ethics have an important impact on students and other teachers.But now there is no relevant literature and monograph for the professional ethics with highly educated teachers.Therefore,it is an innovation of this article to carry out investigation and study of their professional ethics...
