With the development of computer and network, we have entered the eraE-Science, data has played more important role in research, then research arounddata is becoming a hot research focus, and the medical field for the study of data ismore prominent. The developed countries from Europe and America started earlier inthis study, and made some achievements, relevant data application platform inusing,the promotion of research to produce good results. Although our study of datastart late, but progress faster, and also achieved some results,of course there isa gap compared with the developed countries, especially in the domesticuniversity, researching for less data leading to can’t maximize the effectiveness ofdata, potentially wasting enormous resources, the consequences of this waste inmedical schools is even more serious, but not conducive to the effective conduct ofuniversity research. In response to this situation, this article university scientificdata for the study, using data guardianship theory and related technologies,management systems and processes of scientific research data, combined with thepractice of scientific research universities, relevant experience in the organization ofuniversity information resources to explore colleges models and methods of datacuration to make better data can be shared and reused, maximize its value andservice in scientific research,and medical data as an example of university datacuration platform empirical research. The main purpose of this study including:(1) System of University organization and management of scientific data, thecharacteristics of university research activities to explore the university dataorganization and management model.(2) In the E-Science environment how to effectively organize data, so thatdata can exist within an organic intellectual environment to facilitate data aremultiplexed and secondary open, while meeting the future needs of the semanticenvironment. (3) Construction of University data curation platform to facilitate the exchangeof researchers and universities, services for scientific research in the university.To achieve these purposes, the paper mainly from the following aspects werestudied:(1) By analysis of relevant research literature at home and abroad are reviewedas a basis to show the importance of data monitoring. And exposition the theory ofdata and technology, to lay the foundation for subsequent work.(2) Through expert interviews and questionnaires and interviews with relevantpersonnel investigation,known the researchers in university clearly needs andconcerns of existing data curation platform,given the appropriate solutions,and asa basis for proposed scientific data curation mode of universities, and be ready tobuild scientific data curation platform.(3)To the characteristics of medical science data, refer to the relevantmetadata,ontology construction method and ontology construction tools to build thebody of medical data ontology, effective organization of the data, providesupport resources for the implementation of data curation platform, and alsoconvenient secondary development of data and research applications in the E-Scienceenvironment.(4) Construction of data service mode of University science. In view of theuniversity scientific data service status and demand, summarize the task of scientificdata monitoring of university, combined with the user research needs and scientificresearch characteristics,proposes the dynamic scientific data service mode,and takeguidance of scientific dataservice in colleges.(5) Using the system construction method, construct the College datacuration platform, effective organization and management of data based on dataontology, service for college research.(6) Using the empirical method of data curation platform for universitiesempirical research to verify the advantages and disadvantages of platform inpractice, develop strengths and improve the deficiencies. This research was supported by the following findings:(1) University researchers with scientific data monitoring demand, universityscientific data need to be monitored and can be effective monitoring.(2) By using the theory of related knowledge of informationtechnologyorganization, according to the characteristics of scientific data andscientific research in colleges and universities, constructs the monitoring systemstructure of university scientific data, the guidance of scientific dataorganization and management in colleges and universities, scientific research incolleges and universities better auxiliary.(3) Through the empirical proof convenient computer can make better useof data organization of ontology scientific understanding of the data, to help theuser to grasp the relationship between data and data. At the same time to meet thetrend of the development of the semantic web, is conducive to scientific data to beshared in a wider range and reuse.(4) Combined with the characteristics of university scientific researchcharacteristics and scientific data is periodic, proposes the dynamic scientific dataservice mode, the guidance of scientific data service for the constructionof University, and provide support for effective implementation of scientificdata monitoring platform.(5) According to the characteristics of scientific data data monitoringplatform construction of University College of science, effective sharing of scientificdata in Colleges and universities has important theoretical value andpractical significance of multiplexing, better play the scientific value of the data, isthe scientific research personnel needed in the research activities of the serviceplatform.The innovation of this study lies in the:(1) The construction of university scientific data monitoring platformsystem. Starting from the actual demand for scientific research personnel in Collegesand universities, University Research of workflow based on the detailed analysis of the platform, the premise of the content, the user, organizers and otherelements, proposed the university scientific data monitoringplatform system, management and organization of scientific data in scientific data inthe whole life cycle,provide a scientific reference for effective organization scientificdata and management in colleges and universities.(2) Presented data organization for scientific data to the scientific dataontology. According to the characteristics of university scientific data andpresent scientific data organization, lack of effective remedy for metadata inscientific data organization, is proposed based on scientific data organization ofscientific data body. In reference to existing ontology building method based onthe combination of theory and the method of software engineering, constructingscientific data ontology put forward software engineering method. The scientificdata on a knowledge environment, makes the semantic data organizationand management more scientific,more in line with the development of semantic weband digital research environment requirements.(3) Proposed the dynamic scientific data service mode. In view of the actualdemand of scientific data life cycle dynamic and scientific research in universities andthe characteristics of University researchers, based on full investigation on theresearch staff in Colleges and universities, puts forward throughout the life cycleof scientific data, and be able to serve the various stages of scientific research ofdynamic data service mode state scientific, effective and provide scientific data forthe college scientific research.(4) Establish the simulation system of scientific data monitoring platform. Inview of the current domestic researchers in universities lack of data service andexchange platform,to build innovative university of medical science data monitoringplatform, promote the empirical research data monitoring platform ofUniversity Science, from the angle of practice for the implementation of scientificdata monitoring of colleges and universities to provide a scientific basis andreference. At the same time did empirical research on the platform implementation effect,according to the user feedback is given and the effective implementation of thescientific data monitoring platform reasonable suggestions.By studying the above, and more specifically the college data curation isnecessary and feasible, we know it is in line with the current international anddomestic long-term research and research trends.Scientific data curation is a complex process, although the use of scientificdata curation platform was constructed and the evidence, the trial has also beenrecognized by the relevant personnel, but based on the limited nature of theenormity of the task itself and research resources and cycles, there is alsosomething need to be continued and improved, as follows:(1) Improved datacuration platfom perfect.(2)Scientific Data quality scientific data monitoringplatform to ensure that needs further study.(3) The study range needs to be furtherexpanded.With the relevant departments of scientific data related to research more andmore attention and researchers involved in the study of scientific,I believe that datacuration will usher in the spring, rich data resources of scientific data of the fieldof medicine the research will also flourish.
