With the continuous improvement of modern athletic volleyball, competitionbecomes increasingly fierce. This leads to consistent development of attacking tacticsand determines that on most cases, relying on single athlete’s performance can hardlyfinish the whole attacking process. The combination and coordination of multipleattacking tactics play a significant role in implementation and success of athleticvolleyball attacking tactics. From the perspective of cooperation and coordination of athletes from differentzones in the implementation of attacking tactics, this research tries to build a newattack tactics system based on combination and coordination of various zones to workas a complementation of present theories, and preliminarily build the theoretical systemfor combination and coordination of athletic volleyball multiple attacking tactics.Based on literature review, expert interview, video analysis, mathematical statistics, case study, and logical analysis, this article studies the feature and implementation ofcombination and coordination for multiple attack tactics, and reached the followingconclusion:(1) In athletic volleyball game, the formation and application of multiple attacktactics are firmly based on match competition, in which the most important tow partsare contest rules and advancement of volleyball athlete attacking ability.(2)Explanation of term “Combination and Coordination of MultipleAttack(CCMA)”: in the volleyball match, in order to have the ball fall in opponent’scourt or cause the opponent fail, the various tactics cooperation that the offensive sideimplement according to rules and circumstances, which is mainly organized by setters.(3) Athletic volleyball multiple attack tactics is swift and rhythmic in terms of time, and is limited in area as well as extended in space running.(4) Cooperation and coordination from multiple players, the quality and ability ofwhich significantly influence the performance and value of the tactics adopted.(5) The factors that influence CCMA tactics are various. The main external factoris the quality of first pass and the main internal factor is the tactics adoption in certainround.(6) Through the mathematical analysis of permutation and combination, attackorganizer not included, there are totally51types of personnel combination accordingto number of participants in CCMA tactics,360types of tactics coordination, and151980kinds of attacking tactics. The study of2012London Olympic Games women’svolleyball final Brazil with the US and men’s volleyball team final Brazil with Russianteam shows not only that there is a big difference in the frequency of the practicalcoordination of different tactics and coordination of number of participants, but alsothat men’s volleyball and women’s volleyball have their own features. If we sortaccording to the actual use of the frequency, women’s volleyball tournament is asfollows:2people tactics,3people tactics,4people tactics, and5people tactics; men’svolleyball tournament is as follows:2people tactics,4people tactics,3people tactics,and5people tactics. All5people involved in actual attacking tactics are rare.(7) Spike is the most important means of score. The quality of first pass directlyinfluences the implementation of CCMA tactics. When receiving is in place, theorganization of tactics is done as designed; when receiving is not in place, based oncircumstances, there are four resolutions: forcefully implement designed tactics, organize expediency tactics, stop attacking by single spike, or pass the ball to opponentwithout attacking.(8) CCMA tactics is mainly organized by setter. The positions setter can pass theball are position4, position2-3, position3-4, position3and five zones in back, amongwhich position3, position3-4, position2-3are major positions for fast spiking. Whenfist pass is in place, setter can organize attacking tactics as designed and realizecoordination between multiple players; when first pass is not in proper place, setter caneither forcefully implement initial tactics or organize expediency based on cooperation and coordination between all team members.(9) The number of participants in CCMA tactics is random, orderly and consistent;the combination of position is optimal, diversified and relative; the coordination isoverall, rhythmic, orderly, temporal and spatial.
