The purpose of education is to become educated to meet the needs of society and people to adapt to society, to social, political, economic, cultural and overall development needs, such as talent, develop that talent must be based on moral education can be achieved. Since ancient times, when talking about morals, say unanimously that ethics is the practice, for example in our lives must act can be called moral. Methods of moral education has "knowledge"(awareness) and " move"(practice) of two, is a form of didactics, take a variety of ritual activities into the practice of moral education methods; the other is a content-oriented didactics, that is, thoughts, ideas, spirit, theory and moral education method for ontology properties. Is determined by the objective aspect of moral degeneration as section, all legitimate acts of virtue in ancient collection will become the future generations. Ritual as part of vital importance in classical of the five classics of Confucianism, is at the core of Chinese traditional moral education, weeks after metric, always in the long years of education occupies an important location. In the moral education function of one of the most important functions is to contain and control. To contain, control and measured on the basis of all to maintain their position and accept responsibility for their behavior and accomplishment of mental and physical functions. This paper is divided into six chapters. First one or two chapters is about the propriety and ethics study of source and relevance of education, followed by three or four, five or six chapters is about the period of Qing dynasty, Chaoxian dynasty, courtesy of moral education development, peak, recession, and the discussion associated with the modern. Qing dynasty and Chaoxian dynasty attach great importance to moral education based on the ritual boot people, popularity of dynasty ritual studies and moral education, both prevalence and development of present gifts to the bride’s family before marriage period, recession of the whole process. During the Qing dynasty and Chaoxian dynasty, whether political, economic, cultural, educational and social order as well as areas such as customs and ritual studies and moral education are all related. Quality education is the 21 st century training an integral part of education plans. Quality-oriented education is based on the moral, in conjunction with the intellectual, physical and aesthetic work together on a comprehensive education. Qing Government’s "three-Pavilion" in the future, focusing on the "ritual" research and positive universal, and modern China attach importance to and promote quality-oriented education in the course of the Ministry of education, through the "all-school etiquette," similar to the cultivation of students ’ ethical awareness. Chaoxian dynasty attaches importance to "Zhu Xi" funeral offering etiquette in Chaoxian dynasty in the modern life of people there and contribute greatly to the practice of moral education.
