Research purposes:Tai chi is one of the fitness exercises in Chinese folk sports, which has been spread widely in the community a few centuries before and the fitness function has been recognized by the world. Previous studies on Tai chi are mostly limited in Tai chi exercises for one human body’s system, but little study has been carried on for the age, level of training in entire practice of Tai chi, the recovery process of muscles, respiration, and the changing rules of vegetative nervous system. This research applies a modern telemetering technology for different-level yong and old Tai chi exercisers, tests with multi-motor synchronous measurement of the vegetative nerve system, respiratory system, the human movement science index of movement system in simplified twenty-four styles practicing processes, records objectively the human movement science parameters, myoelectricity parameters, gaseous metabolism and cardio-pulmonary function parameters in process of Tai chi exercises, and then analyses and compares the influence on every system by age and training level for Tai chi exercisers in the whole process of practicing, to find better human movement science index for reflection on the characteristics of Tai chi and exercising level, in order to provide the study methord of Tai chi rules and preliminary data support.Research Methods:This research selects every ten young and old high-level practicers as experimental group, every ten young and old general practicers as control group, and forty subjects were measured through QUALISYS testing, CORTEX cardiorespiratory function testing, myoelectricity testing, the heart rate variability testing and these four synchronization comprehensive testing. Research Results:1. Multi-machine synchronous testing results and single system testing data repeatability of single factor analysis of variance has no significant differences and maulti-machine synchronous test has no obvious influence on experimental data2. The time domain of average RR period and RLX baseline for youth training group are remarkable higher than young control group, training has significant effect on LF/Hf for practicers, and effect mainly comes from the change of HF, and long-time exercise has obvious impact on HF adjust ability for practitioners.3. Long-time Tai chi practice has effect on quiet tide volume, respiration rate, and METS for practitioners, the significance of long-time practicers’exhale and inhale time and breathing rate are much better than control group, which owes to the strengthen of pulmonary function in the long-time practice and the cooperation of breathe correctly.4. The correlations about time-domain and frequency-domain index of heart rate variability(HRV) and gaseous metabolic index for long-time Tai chi exercisers indicate significant correlativity, the correlativity of gaseous metabolism and heart rate variability index improves with the practicing level improving, furthermore, respiratory system and vegetative nerve system and intention and spirit within Tai chi’s theory have highly associated relationship.5. By action of Tai chi, such as Finch-tail round the Moon, smooth out with the fingers, squeeze and press, the main muscle-group’s discharging time is long for long-time practitioners when they finish actions, the average discharging rate is high, and the active amplitude of knee joint and angular speed of joint movement is greater than the control group. Therefore, long-time Tai chi exercise has a good effect on the lower-extremity joint activity for the elderly.
