The enterprise mergering has had a long history of more than 100 years with 5 mergering waves since it was first appeared in western developed countries in 1870s.In China,the history of true enterprise mergering is much shorter.Since 1978,because of the reform and open policy,the activities of enterprise mergering have become much more frequent,and more and more enterprises attempt to enlarge the scale and upgrade the effect of the enterprises.The enterprise mergering has been a kind of capital management manner,which has been given great concern. A successful mergering will be able to increase the strength of the enterprises,and to enhance the integrated efficiency of the assets. However,the mergering is not a simple combination of two enterprises, but a kind of complex Integration of a lot of interactive factors.Plenty of successful and failing cases indicate the integration after mergering is the key factor which will determine whether the mergering is successful or not,and the integration of human resource is the core of it.In this thesis, the author will put emphasis on studying integration of human resources.The existing studies on mergering integration are about financial assets,enterprise strategy,organization and system as well as corporate culture,etc.,while studies on the integration of human resources are relatively insufficient.In this thesis,the author will this kind of integrating strategies and modes by combining the mergering theories and practice.The tipping point of this thesis is core competitive force,which is a kind of ability with human resource as the supporter.The enterprises aim to upgrade the core competitive force by mergering.Retaining core staff and communicating are regarded as the key step and essential manner in the integration,combining with the integration of corporate culture in order to upgrade the competitive force of enterprises.In this thesis,the author attempts to establish a new mode of human resources' integration----based on the integration of human resource,and worked out the feasible and practical methods to help enterprises' integration of human resources.
