Dynamic group evaluation is a preeminent approach in the comprehensive evaluation area. For a long period, it has been extensively applied in various fields such as social field, economic field, engineering field etc., and has attracted many scholar’s attention. To date, the practical achievements involved in this area has been being fruitful, but some deficiencies and challenges still exist in the theoretical levels.Based on the summary of both the foreign and domestic literatures, several issues involved in the dynamic group evaluation methodology are explored from the perspectives of "subjective" evaluation and "subjective-objective set benefit style" evaluation, respectively. The work is organized in six sections as below:(1) Utilizing different scale can lead to the inconsistence of final group evaluation results. Therefore, after making the comparisons of the relations between several numeric scales and natural linguistic logic, the author, based on the order relation analysis method, carried out a two-stage detailed analysis on the rationality of the scale chosen. During the first preliminary stage, the transmission uniform examination criterion concerning the rationality or otherwise is given; and in the second elaborate analysis, the deviation judging criterion concerning the rationality degree is given; finally, the operational results suggests that the 10\10-18\2 scale has the highest rationality, which thus provides a brand-new perspective for the evaluators to correctly choose the rational scale.(2) In the process of group evaluation, different experts (stakeholders) always have inconsistent evaluations to the various alternatives, in order to resolve this problem, a two-stage bargaining based group evaluation method is proposed. First of all, the views of groups are divided into bargaining groups by the information given; then based on this division, two-stage bargaining has been done to inner groups views and inter groups views, respectively. Such method has the characteristics of coordinating the inconsistent group views (interest), optimizing group evaluation conclusions, etc.(3) In the process of group evaluation, most existing information aggregation operators do not take the density of data information distribution into account, aiming to resolve this weakness, a density operator based multi-phrase group evaluation information aggregation is proposed. Two one-dimensional density-weighted operator are defined, naming, the density-weighted averaging operator (DMWAA) and density ordered weighted averaging operator (DMOWA); however, the group evaluation information always takes the form of two-dimensional data, therefore two new two-dimensional density weighted operator are proposed, naming, two-dimensional density weighted arithmetic averaging operator (TDWA) and two-dimensional density weighted geometric averaging operator (TDWGA), which are both applied to information aggregation in associate with group evaluation.(4) Most traditional group evaluation methods are static and non-interactive, so to compensate for this, a multi-phase interactive group evaluation method is suggested. After making some assuming conditions, the paper describes the process of multi-phase interactive group evaluation firstly; and then both the stability indicator index and the consistency indicator index from the perspectives of vertical and horizontal, respectively, are presented to explore the conditions involved interaction termination; finally the interactive results of each round are aggregated grounded on the interactive group weighted operators (DOWA and DOWGA).Furthermore, to avoid the issues of group preference merging and aggregation, another TOPSIS (the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution) based multi-phase interactive group evaluation method is given.(5) The majority of the traditional group evaluation methods take no account of the evaluating objects, so a new dynamic group evaluation method, naming, subject-object collaboration based two-phase group evaluation method, is proposed to fill this blank. Firstly, the paper describes the process of subject-object collaboration based two-phase group evaluation; secondly, density operator based subject information aggregation method is offered to obtain the subject evaluation conclusion; at last, through aggregating both the subject evaluation conclusion and object evaluation conclusion, the final evaluation results are reached.(6) There is still another dynamic group evaluation method, naming, subject-object interaction group evaluation method, which is also aim to improve the insufficiency the traditional group evaluation method has, i.e. exclude the consideration of the evaluated object. This paper first describes the process of the subject-object interaction evaluation; secondly presents the priority and probability based single-round results displaying in the interactive process; thirdly both the "stability" indicator index and the "satisfied" indicator index are given to explored the conditions for interaction termination; finally, two subject-object interactive weighted operator are defined to aggregate the interactive results of each round, and obtains the final group evaluation conclusion. In the end of this paper, the author summarizes the whole work and its conclusions, while pointing out the issues and future directions which should be further focused on.
