Technology Embedded Synergy And Practice On Cooperation Of Original Main Enterprise And Converted Enterprise Of An Shan Steel Group

With the increasingly tough competition of market environmen, technology innovation is more and more important for enterprises to grow and gain market share, it makes cooperation become the effective approach for capital increment maximizing. So, in order to obtain better synergy effects, and make each enterprise in cooperation achieve higher profit ability than it operates self-governed, suitable cooperation modes are needed to explore constantly. Under the current macroscopic condition that adjustment policy of state-owned enterprise that "separation of major and auxiliary industries, and reformation of auxiliary industries". It has become a challenging task to make the original main business lighten its burden, strength the business, well adjust the organization structure between original main business and the converted enterprises, simultaneously, enable the convert enterprises adapt the operation mode of market economic gradually by introducing effective competition mechanism, make the convert enterprises realize "independent management, profit-and-loss responsibility". These will require the main business and converted firms constantly explore the development and operation mode which adapt both the market environment and self condition.On the basis of inheriting and absorbing existing correlative research achievements, the business relativity of the convert enterprises and original main enterprises, in this paper, a suitable mode of covert enterprises current survival and future development is proposed, which is technology embedded synergy. According to the existing management theory and logic reasoning, the technology embedded synergy theory and feasibility of actualizing technology embedded synergy, between the original main enterprises and the convert enterprises, has been analyzed in this paper, then it also constitutes the countermeasures of covert enterprise actualizing the technology embedded synergy. According to necessary thinking of the technology embedded synergy practice in Anshan Steel Group Colligate Utilization Corporation with Anshan Iron & Steel Group, some practice experience and theoretic complementarity has been given.This paper is composed by some parts such as follows. (1) Based on the research of strategic alliance and cooperation, paper has neatened existence literature and has stated the study actuality. It has been also stated that the theory study of state-owned enterprise innovation, separation and reorganization of state-owned enterprise, on the base basis of analyzing the existing study localization, put forward the study aspect.(2) In this paper a development mode fitting for some state-owned enterprises to convert in China has been proposed, which is technology embedded synergy. It has been analyzed that the technology embedded synergy essence, mechanism, progress, function excellent and inferior position.(3) It has been analyzed that the feasibility of original main business and converted enterprises actualizing the technology embedded synergy from duplex action inertia, cooperation ligament, the covert enterprise stratagem orientation, the society duty, possible obstacle and solution feasibility, covert enterprise consummate management mechanism.(4) The countermeasure of converted enterprise actualizing the technology embedded synergy has been studied. It includes fostering systematic thinking, adapting organization structure, actualizing strategic compensation, strengthening technology innovation management, creating knowledge oriented culture, advancing technology exploitation, strengthening the duplex culture cooperation and fastening sensibility ligament.(5) The technology embedded synergy practice progress and result of Anshan Iron & steel gourp Colligate Utilization Corporation with Anshan Iron & steel gourp has been introduced.(6) According to the situation of Anshan Iron & steel gourp actualizing technology embedded synergy, some related technology embedded synergy questions are rethought, which can provide the consult and experience for continue study and application.At last, it has summed up the whole article, and pointed out the future study.
