Research On Industry Value Chain Of Recycling Economy Of Mengdong Energy Group

As the most reliable energy resource for the economic development in China,coal occupies more important position than any other energy resources; Thisposition will remain for a long time in energy output and consumption. Coaldemand will increase remarkably as the rocketing up of economic development inChina. However, there are many Serious problems in coal industry for a longtime, such as bad industrial integration, lack coal reserves, unreasonablescale&strueture of coal mines.To research the circular economy development ofcoal industry is beneficial for economic growth mode transformation of coalindustry，Promoting reasonable and effeetive utilization of coal resource and easingthe rigorous condition of energy shortage.Circular economy development is thekey step for coal industry to realize a resource-saving society.Based on theoretieal analysis of circular economy development in coalindustry，the formation mechanism of the Value Chain of Recycling Economy forthe Coal Industry(VCRECI), this paper try to explore the seientific，popular andadaptive eco-industrial chains, circular economy model of coal circular economy.The paper takes Mengdong energy group as the research object for the case studyof coal cireular economy. The study conelusions can provide prospective andmanipulable guide for the sustainable development of coal industry. The smooth operation of the Value Chain of Recycling Economy for the CoalIndustry (VCRECI) is the base of the recycling economy development mode of thecoal industry. This paper aims at the value formation mechanism of the VCRECI,firstly drawns up the concept of the VCRECI, supported with the relevant theory.Then discusses the formation mechanism and mode of the VCRECI in detail withmethod of the nature description and quantitative analysis.Studies have shown:thevalue structure of VCRECI includes three parts:the economic value,theenvironmental value and the social value.The paper takes Mengdong energy group as the research object for the casestudy of coal cireular economy. Firstly, we introduce the business profile andhistory of Mengdong energy group.On the basic of full use of coal resources, anew cireular economy development model is built and analysis, including Coal-electricity-chemical industry value chain、Coal-electricity-building materialsindustry value chain and coal-electricity-Aluminum industry value chain. In thenew model, industrial chains are extended, nodes of resource metabolism areincreased, the relationship between different nodes is strengthened, theeco-industrial chains and nets are more flourishing. A coinstantaneous advance ofeconomy, resource and environment will be implemented.
