Coal is a fossil mineral resources,with the characteristics of non renewable,marking its inevitable fate to exhaustion.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,large state-owned coal group has provided a strong energy and power guarantee for the country's economic and social development,But in the production safety,environmental protection,mining and other aspects of the development also carries enormous pressure.In particular,with the domestic economy into a new cycle,Coal industry continued downward,Serious excess production,a single product structure,prices continued to fall,The coal enterprise is facing a critical moment of vital importance,Coal enterprises must get out of the road of sustainable development.Through the establishment of circular economy to achieve the transformation of the traditional mode of production,to create a new economic development model and growth mode,reduce the mining rate and emissions,and further improve the efficiency,it is the only way for Shanxi coal enterprises and even the national coal enterprises to adapt to the national macro policy,only rely on the real resources into reasonable use and protection of resources,sustainable development of coal prices can become a reality.This paper is based on the theory.In particular,the selection of ecological civilization construction,clean use of resources,energy security as the starting point,to illustrate the feasibility and urgency of developing circular economy in coal enterprises.Starting from Shanxi coal enterprises,analysis of the gains and losses in the development ofcircular economy in Xishan Coal and electricity group,based on a large number of basic materials,systematic analysis on the development of circular economy of internal and external environment,the main reason,measures,achievements and problems.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the development of circular economy of coal enterprises and their causes,puts forward some countermeasures for developing circular economy of coal enterprises in Shanxi province.This paper presents the results of this study by Xishan Coal and electricity,Strive to provide a reference for the development of the same type of coal group.
