Study On Cleaner Production And Industrial Chain Of Coal Mine

This dissertation is based on the theory and methodology of circular economy, sustainable development, industrial ecology, and etc. Using the basic theory of cleaner production, absorbing the research achievements of cleaner production all over the world, summarizing the cleaner production practices of coal enterprises in China, we improve the implementation level of cleaner production from company to whole coal mine, and discuss the contents and approaches of implementing coal-mining cleaner production. Based on the knowledge of industrial economics, we study the existing industrial framework and industrial chain of coal mine, and analysis conformation of industrial chain and its direction emphatically, then generalize as mining group's development programming. Thereby the summarized theory and method are used in practice absolutely.This dissertation is consisted of four parts, which include:First part is introduction, which contains the basic theory of cleaner production, the primary approaches and tools in implementing cleaner production, and the practices of cleaner production all over the world. The purpose and significance of this dissertation are elucidated in energy sources, sustainable development, environment and cleaner production these four standpoints. The implementation of cleaner production and extension of industrial chain in coal mine are the only way which coal enterprises development sustainedly.The second part describes the academic basement, and the practices of coal-mining cleaner production and faced problems in China, then illuminates the contents and approaches of coal-mining cleaner production. Coal-mining cleaner production is classified as mine cleaner production, mill run cleaner production and product cleaner production. Because cleaner production audit is one of the most important measures which implement cleaner production, the contents of audit are composed of management audit, resources audit and product audit. And the approaches of auditing can be divided in seven phases. During auditing, prophase work should be prepared through training and setting up special organizations in the first phase. In preliminary and evaluating phases, we should investigate the actuality of coal mine and its pollution, and then select evaluated index and auditing keystone. Materiel calculation and the reason of producing castoff will also be analysed. Next, cleaner production plan will be classified and filtered to feasibility analysis in plan choosing and analysis phases. Gathering effects and sustaining improvement are advanced phases, we collect environmental, economic and social benefits from all cleaner production plans, then lay a course for sustainable cleaner production.The industrial framework of coal mine, which combines rationalization with advance analysis is described in the third part. It points out the key factor of scaling industrial framework rationalization, whether exists holistic capability different from the summation of all kinds of industrial capability in industrial chain or not. Developing toward high proceeds and machining precision to achieve sustainable development of resources and economy is also required in coal enterprises. According to conformation mode of industrial chain and technical innovation, we extend industrial chain in denotative and connotative ways. Denotative extension means that other industries which are different from existing production will be introduced, in order to improve the capability of resisting market's risk during industrial diversification in coal enterprises' product. Connotative extension solves the problems of over short industrial chain in length way, and mostly centralizes in undefiled use of coal and energy transformation. These two aspects supplement with each other, and unify economy development, environment protection and society employment, from three-dimensional broken to three-dimensional conformity to win together.The forth part is the analysis of project Chai Li coal-mining cleaner production. It discusses how to combine the theory and method of coal-mining cleaner production with a certain practice. In the process of auditing, we analysis existing problems of Chai Li coal mine one by one, then makes cleaner production plan to every type. On the point of sustainable development of whole coal mine, we analysis its industrial framework, and educe that the central issue is over short and narrow industrial chain. Therefore, with the implementation of cleaner production plan, industrial chain is adjusted and enriched. With the lead of mining group and circular economy theory, we propose extend and optimize its industrial chain ulteriorly, to build a new and harmonious coal mine.
