Private enterprises in China is an important driving force for economic development, has become a type of business organization in the key component. In a large number of private enterprises, the family-owned business is not to be ignored in the backbone.How to realize the sustainable development of family-owned business in order to avoid the short-lived phenomenon, how to realize the family-owned business intergenerational transition to ensure a century-old shop, is the theory and practice of attention. Therefore, since1980time, domestic and foreign scholars use case summarizing or theoretical literature interpretation and other different research methods have been explored, to promote the family business succession theory achievement unceasingly rich.The existing family-owned business intergenerational transition problem research focuses on intergenerational inheritance factor, process, model and performance influence factors. These theoretical results are more dispersed, some conclusion is still quite inconsistent or even conflict, lack of different regions, different industry, does not stop the types of family-owned business intergenerational transition comparative study from the new angle of view, lack of depth of excavation and innovative research. Notable is, the family-owned business new business development and hatching and family-owned business intergenerational transition process organically integrating research was almost completely ignored, and domestic have emerged through the new business creation to promote intergenerational inheritance activity in the typical case, thereby providing theoretical research to provide a good material.Therefore, this article intends to dare the innovative research propositions, around implementation based on new business creation of family-owned business intergenerational transition during what key elements, these elements are what role, how to ensure that such intergenerational inheritance patterns can be smooth, the success of research target, based on case study, in-depth interview and the grounded theory research method of comprehensive utilization, featured on the three from the different region, different industries and different stages of development but it has significant based on the new business creation to realize intergenerational transmission of family enterprises are studied systematically and deeply study.The thesis consists of eight chapters to present the research process and each process stage the main work and conclusions, which, in fourth,5,6,7chapter is this article key point, these chapters reflect the case field data specific analysis process, as well as the research conclusion and content. At the same time, the first chapter of the research significance, the second chapter of the literature review, chapter third of the study design for the entire study with support and basic function. First of all,the paper around the new business creation and inheritance of this masterstroke to spread out the case of field survey and data collection work. Then, using the method of grounded theory of open coding, decoding and spindle selective decoding and analysis techniques, respectively, of three cases were independently analyzed, respectively, the corresponding core category, namely" based on the consensus of the promise of new business development of intergenerational inheritance"(AAA)," based on an understanding of complementary business open type intergenerational identity inheritance (" BBB"), based on interactive communication related service extended the intergenerational inheritance"(CCC).In three cases the enterprise field data were independent of the grounded theory based on the analysis of the case, further comparative study between, the objects are compared the case to extract category, the main category and core category. Based on the comparison of multiple case study summarized common core elements, namely" communication, fit, lead, consensus, new business, intergenerational support, authorization, growth, inheritance, environmental optimization."These common elements of new business creation in family-owned business intergenerational transition activities include the main aspects of. Finally, based on the grounded theory method of the exemplar model analysis tools, to more than10common category relation identification, analysis of this unique mode of inheritance of the causal relationship, with intermediary condition, action strategies and other aspects of the basic law.The main conclusions are:Based on the new business creation of family-owned business succession process, both in a number of issues on inheritance of consensus, understanding, trust and commitment, which is to ensure that the necessary premise of inheritance and creation of the existing business; have a complementary relationship or other relationship of the new business, is the successor to build a friendly and harmonious ability and quality to create opportunities for platform to display important condition; successor to manage the new business preconditions, is the theoretical knowledge and practical experience has been accumulated in advance have; the more common phenomenon in the process of transmission performance for the intergenerational support, entrepreneurs from capital investment, business, business cooperation and the development of the respect such as guidance to help.The main innovation is:firstly, thesis has more novel features, the domestic and foreign scholars almost fresh from the new business creation angle of family business succession of research results, but we have found the case, in order to provide good material; secondly, based on the new service creation of family business succession process need to pay attention to the key point and core elements, based on the multiple case that "communication, fit, lead, consensus, new business, intergenerational support, authorization, growth, inheritance, environmental optimization",10elements, is the inheritance of the core elements of the model; third based on the new business creation, recognition of the family firm succession of some of the basic law, based on the10core elements of the recognition, the paper finally puts forward the mode of inheritance of the causal, contains intermediary condition, action strategies and other aspects of the preliminary conclusions.
