Study On The Impact Of Industrial Chain Organization Model To Farmer’s Safe Agri-food Production

The agri-food production quality safe problem is a significant social issuewhich is related to the human body health and life safety. As living standard rise,people put forward new requirements to the survival and quality of life, and nolonger meet the number of agri-food production, but in the pursuit of farmproduce safe, even higher quality agri-food production. This new consumerdemand for change is irreversible, and will move towards a higher level.Although the quality of agri-food production safe is of vital importance and theneeds of the safe agri-food production are increasingly intense, the agri-foodproduction quality safe is not optimistic in China, and the agri-food productionquality safety events still happened frequently. Although many reasons, farmer’ssafe agri-food production low quality is one of the important reasons. Farmersare the directly subject to the agri-food production in China, and are the sourceto the safe agri-food production, and the status of agri-food production qualitywhich farmers produce quality plays a basic role and important influence. Butour country farmers produce safe agri-food production independently, especiallyin a food market access system, a few farmers almost impossible to produce safeagri-food production, even specialized households and large households, orsuper large households, which often should unite and form cooperatives,association, establish a base, or relate to enterprise, through the “base+farmerhouseholds”,“association+farmer households”,“cooperatives+farmerhouseholds”, the “company+peasant household”, as models for providingreliable high quality and safe agri-food production to the consumer, farmersseparating these industrial chain organization model will not produce safeagri-food production. Therefore, it is necessary to further discusse industry chainorganization mode for safety production mechanism and the influence ofindustrial chain organization mode to farmer’s safe agri-food production. In this paper, according to industry chain management, transaction cost,farmers’ activities and related theory, with the qualitative analysis andquantitative analysis methods, it reviews the industry chain organization modeland the safe of agri-food production related farmers theory and research dynamic,and learns from relevant results, and architectures industry chain organization offarmers safe agri-food production influential theory analysis framework in China,and analyses the organization of the industrial chain safe agri-food productionsituation and problems, and analyses the industrial chain of security organizationpattern of the mechanism of the agri-food production, and with apple farmersproduction for example, using multiple regression model and the industry chainLogit model empirical research organization and its model on farmer income andsafety for the influences of agri-food production. Based on this, it puts forwardto industrial chain organization model optimization to promote the farmer’sagri-food safe production ideas and countermeasures.The main research conclusion mainly includes the following aspects.(1)Whether attend industry chain organization for apple farmers have significantinfluence on the net income. According to the empirical data of establishedmultiple linear regression model analysis shows that apple farmers to whetherattend industry chain organization and apple net income per positively related, in1%significant level of the significant influence, the regression coefficients reach1284.234, explain to industrial chain organization give farmers bring large netincome increased.(2) Different industrial chain organization models havesignificant influence on their income. Multiple linear regression model resultsshow that Compared with cooperatives+farm households model, Association+farmhouseholds model and base+farm households model, the net farmers income level isthrough the significant inspection in10%, and the regression coefficient is negative, and itexplains that the farmer income of cooperatives+farm households model is more thanassociation+farm households model, more than base+farm households model. Farmerincome involved in the different industrial chain organizations models.(3) Whetherattend industrial chain organization for apple farmers have significant influenceon behavior. Logit model show the result that whether the apple farmers toattend organization of supply chain of the fruit production safe in the1%confidence level have significantly positive impact, the quality safe training forapple farmers security behavior has influence.(4) Different industrial chainorganization model for apple farmers safe have the influences on agricultural production. Industrial organization model and apple farmers security agriculturalproduction behavior are significantly negative correlation, which shows that thecooperative model is greater than farmers association model, association modelthan base model. Quality safety training and apple farmer’s safe agri-foodproduction behaviors have significant positive correlation, but average age of thetrees and apple farmers’ safe agri-food production behavior have significantnegative correlation.(5) According to the empirical study conclusion, It putforward to promote farmers safety agri-food production ideas andcountermeasures.
