Core Enterprise Based Information Sharing In Supply Chain Networks

With globalization of economy, progress of information technology, implementation of global procurement, rapid establishment and decomposition of the virtual enterprise and non-core business outsourcing, the supply chain is becoming more and more complex, and rapidly evoluting to supply chain networks. Information sharing is the the core of supply chain networks coordination.The dissertatuin therefore goes deep into the problem of information sharing based on the view of core enterprise.The main contents could be sunnarized as follws:First, the concept, characteristics and structure of the supply chain network was analysised through literature review. The concept of supply chain network was summarized based on the theory of complex networks, and then a comparation between simply supply chain network and complex supply chain network was done from four aspects such as network structure, coverage area, integrated features and means of communication.Finally, the dissertatuin analyzed the role of core enterprise in supply chain network and network connection mode, which laid the foundation for the subsequent research.Secondly, the dissertation established an Agent-based model which constitute1supplier and3retailers which have lateral cooperation. A Multi-Agent Based Model on supply chain network information sharing was built after the analysis of suppliers and retailers ordering decisions. A description of each of these entities functions and algorithms was conducted too. On the basis of the simulation, the impact of corpation between retailers and fluctuations in customer demand on the total cost of the supplier was anslysed.Thirdly, the methodology of identification on information integration of supply chain network, and evaluation core enterprise was put forwarded.On the basis of introduction to information integration mode, the concept of supply chain network structure diagram, information integration plans and information integration was defined based on the idea of graph theory; and then the dissertation takes DEMATEL method as a tool to build a supply chain network diagram to discover information integration.Taking into account the interaction between criterions the uncertainty in the evaluation process, fuzzy ANP method was used in evaluation and selection of the core enterprise.Finally, information sharing incentive model was built based on core enterprise, which takes the core enterprise’s effort of assist to information sharing into consideration.In order to incite the enterprises to share their information,a2-stages incentive model was constructed wich take lag-revenue and core enterprise’s effort to assist information sharing into consideration.The model analysis confirms the leading role of core enterprise on information sharing in the supply chain network. The information sharing incentive strategies was put forwarded based on the role of core enterprise and the stages of information sharing.
