Study On The Adjustment Of Contarcted Farmland In Land Reclamation

In the presence of a large number of scattered, idle and abandoned land, rural land remediation,we have achieved dynamic balance of the country’s total arable land, but the land after remediationridge still covered an area of large, farmers plots dispersed, which is not conducive to large-scaleland operations. In this paper, through expounding the influence of agricultural productionefficiency by plantation fragmentation, problems of land remediation of land ownership adjustmentand farmers’ willingness to carry out contracting field adjustment, proposed the necessary foradjustment of land remediation plots. Conducting study plots adjust, do the basic research which isincluding determining the farmland value conversion coefficient and completing the farmers selectplots optimization model. The general method of putting forward the field adjustment: Preparationfor field adjustment scheme, the announcement and objection handling of field adjustment scheme,confirmed the field adjustment scheme. At the basic of principle of voluntariness, ultimatelyachieving farmer’s field concentration, reducing ridge, increasing net arable land and the quality ofmechanization production, promoting land scale operation, improving the efficiency of Chineseagricultural production and quality, promoting the changing of agricultural economic growth whichwill make development of Chinese agriculture more fast, continuous and steadily.
