Rapid urbanization and industrialization process, makes the contradiction between human and land more and more serious. Rural land reclamation become an effective measure to solve the bottleneck of rural-urban land use development, and reasonable adjusting of project land property is the foundation which can make rural land reclamation develop sostenuto.On the basis of land reclamation property adjustment,this article researches the type of rural land property.Conbined with rural land registration and property cognition to make clear the structure of rural land propery.Through the analysis of land reclamation project status to put forward principle and mode of property adjustment.According to the center line of rural land property adjustment,the research put forward ways to survey property line and precision evaluation system after adjustment.The author analyses rural land property dispute type.reason and characteristics,then put forward the measures to solve it.According to the characteristics of property adjustment in rural land reclamation,the quality assessment system for property adjustment which can provide new theoretical basis for rural land reclamation development is founded.
