Research On The Development Of Industrial Ecologization Viewed From Scientific Outlook On Development

The process of human civilization development shows the evolution trackwhich starts from the original civilization,the agricultural civilization,the industrialcivilization to the ecological civilization clearly. The industrial activities, as the mainpractice mode to meet the needs of human’s survival and development, are the organicpart of the whole social practice when the society is moving towards the ecologicalcivilization.Of course, it can not be excluded from the ecological trend. How to keepthe industries in a better line with the law of their own development,to respond to thechange of environment better, and to achieve their own ecological development, is amajor issue to realize scientific development of economy and society in new era.For a long time, people think that the ecological development of industries is onlyabout constructing a closed and recycling industrial producing system to realizeresources usage with high efficiency and reducing the pollution by studying from thelaws of nature. In fact, this is a kind of ecological development of industries in narrowsense which just depends on the technology achievement. In this paper, the traditionalstudy framework which just focuses on the harmonious development betweenindustries and nature from the technology and coupling of technologies is broken. It isthought that the coordinated development of all parts of the industries, theinter-influence among industries, nature and society is a dialectical, united, interactedand ecological process when the industries and their own evolution with theenvironment are observed as a whole from the view of ecological philosophy. Furthermore, the connotation of ecological development of industries is a new developingmode of industries, this mode demands that the industries development be guided bythe ecological concept, the industries practice be guided by the ecological basictheory and economic principles, then to construct a reasonable industries structure, torealize a kind of low carbon and recyclable industries production, so the industriesbe coupled with each other highly, the industries development keep a kind of dynamicbalance with nature and it coordinate with the society’s needs. Then a healthy andsustainable industries development process is realized.Obviously, the ecological development of industries in this paper does not onlypursuit ecological environment protection, it is a process to realize the harmoniousdevelopment of industries which is to keep up with the nature and society. It suggests that the industries should develop to the direction of people’s living economy,knowledge economy, service economy and low carbon economy, and the economy,politics, culture, society and ecological construction should be promoted all around bythe industries development. Its essence satisfies the demands of the scientificdevelopment. All around development of human beings is embodied in the practice ofecological development of industries from all aspects. So it is a kind of humanoriented, all around, harmonious and sustainable development. It is not only aneffected path to realize the healthy and sustainable development of industries system,but also the inevitable way to make the social ecology harmonious and to raise theinternational competition ability of Chinese industries. So it will influence thesustainable development of economy and the all around progress of societyimportantly and deeply.The targets of ecological development of industries are the anticipated outcomeof their ecological development. They reflect the direction of their development andembody the essence and the internal requirements of the ecological development ofindustries. In tradition, it emphasizes the ecological benefits, it only refers to the goalof harmonious development between industries and nature. In this paper, theecological development of industries concerns the optimization of the relationship ofall parts of industries, the coordinated development of industries with nature andsociety more, especially concerns the correspondence of industries development andhuman beings’ all around development. The targets are a multiplied and complexsystem which are constructed by the coordinated development of industriesthemselves, the harmonious development between industries and nature, theharmonious development between industries and society. In reflection to thesemultiplied targets, its motives are complex and multiplied too. Among these motives,people’s needs become individual specific, multiple, healthy, green, spiritual andadvanced in stead of past single need. It is the direct motive of the ecologicaldevelopment of industries. The inner motive is the technology advances andinnovation. The basic motives include the market benefit, the macro control ofgovernment and the public’s benefits seeking. So the industries, nature and societycome to harmonious development gradually by the pushing of these inter-coupling,inter-influencing and inter-linking motives.In essence, the coordinated development of industries, and its coordinateddevelopment with nature and society is not just about whether the concrete economicprocess is coupled with the concrete resources and environment or not, more importantly, it is an issue about the structure coupling. The success of the ecologicaldevelopment depends on building up an industries system which has a reasonable andharmonious structure and whose function optimized continuously and which can adaptto the social development and promote the material and energy recycle and flow withhigh efficiency in the nature-economy-society system. In other words, the structureand the production of industries must realize the ecological transformation.More specificly, on one hand, the3rd industry and the strategic emergingindustries should be developed as soon as possible, the lagged industries should begiven up and the agriculture should be reverted from traditional one to modern one.The regional coordinated development strategy should be put into practice and theecological imbalance situation of industries structure should be changed. On the otherhand, We should promote clean production and speed up the construction ofeclogical industry,so as to change the production mode of the industry.
