A Research On Supply Chains Core Enterprise Evolution And Oriented-goals Match

In order to maintain its leading the time, cost and so on, the core enterprise in thesupply chain is more inclined to put the key resources (scarce and bottleneck resources) ofits own and the supply chain to the core business. Strengthening its core competenciescontinuously, the core enterprise will continue to maintain its dominance in the supply chain.And the supply chain management practice shows that if all kinds of node enterprises canmore effectively access critical resources in the supply chain, and it will help to enhancetheir strength, enhance the competitiveness of the entire supply chain.From the perspective of integration of the theory and practice, the topics is identified inthis paper. Based on perspective of the theory of integrated field, this paper comprehensivesummary and analysis of the characteristics of the content and structure in the supplychain,and building a “Node-Chain-Body” structural theory of the integrated supply chain.Base on this theory, this paper researchs the evolution of the core enterprise and thegrowth of the entire chain-scale. And revealing the mechanism of and evolution of theintrinsic link note-chain’ objectives-oriented. Researching the network of the note-chain’srelationships and the objectives matching on the note and whole-chain, the states and theirexpansion can be raised for all types of note enterprises in the whole-chain. And this paperprovides a theoretical foundation and a path for the theory development of integrated supplychain and its practice.Based on a comprehensive study in order to conclude the theory of supply chain,integration, field, integrated field, logistics integration-field, and so on, this paper proposesthe “Node-Chain-Body” structure theory of the integrated supply chain. And as a fulltheoretical basis puts into use for this paper. This paper applies the self-organization, valuechain, business ecology, game theory, core competence, etc., in order to the process and theinternal rules of noet-chain evolutionary for the specific multi-angle analysis; applies thesystem dynamics equations for analysis of growth and evolution of the whole chain-scalequantitative; and applies the methods and tools of social networks, grey correlation, neuralnetworks to conduct empirical research.Through a systematic study, the following conclusions can be draw:(1) The classic connotation of supply chain reveals the integration essence of thesupply chain. From the perspective of the integration field, the integrated supply chain is akind of dynamic net-chain integration, and dynamic evolutionary process is led with spatialand temporal. And it is composed of a chain source initially initiated or nuclear chainleading integrated. With the relationship of the chain-link and chain-key, the uniquechain-rank of the chain-node interaction in the category of space-time, and around thechain-nuclear in the supply chain and develop the supply chain integration body, and so thedynamic network chain structure is the formation. Supply chain integration body is a keypart of an integrated supply chain, and determines direction of the chain development.Supply chain integration body is based on karyotype integrated body, through the key-chain’role, the functional integrated body is essentially still based on karyotype integrated body.(2) The core of the integrated supply chain is the "Node-Chain-Body" structure.Chain-rank has the enhance’ the trend is from low-rank to high-rank. Chain-notes exist multi-chain properties, chain flow and chain potential having a polarity, there issuperimposed the effect and balanced and unbalanced symmetry principle, and thusdetermine the pooling and diffusion of resources and evolutionary path of point-chain in thewhole chain. Resources, and goal-oriented chain-notes matching can bring together supplychain integration trends. The matching point-target with the objectives-oriented of the entiresupply chain is a valid path of the evolution of note-chain and the growth of all chain-scale.(3) Hybrid integrated chain is essentially multi-objective-oriented integrated supplychain. The empirical results show that the integration of the supply chain not-chain networkcharacteristics analysis of the "Node-Chain-Body" structure theory.
