Research On The Relationship Between Supply Chain Integration And Performance

The rapid development of economic globalization,the constant acceleration of technological innovation and the increasing diversification of consumer demand have brought inevitable pressure to the supply chain.In addition,the variability and complexity of the environment have made the supply chain integration capability a highly respected capability in the supply chain field in recent years.However,professional managers often claim that they have a lot of data,but much of it is isolated,and supply chain managers often seek information that provides a greater visualization of the supply chain.In summary,these conditions indicate that supply chain visualization is necessary.At the same time,the upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain must be flexible.Each member of the supply chain can form their own unique core competitiveness through the integration of the supply chain,so as to enhance the agility of the supply chain and promote each node enterprise to grasp unique strategic advantages.Therefore,it is particularly necessary for each participant in the supply chain to improve the visualization and agility of the supply chain through the integration of the supply chain,so as to improve the performance of the supply chain.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literatures,this study deeply discusses the domestic and foreign research status,measurement and relationship problems of the four important variables of supply chain integration,supply chain visualization,supply chain agility and supply chain performance,and puts forward the theoretical model and research hypothesis among the four variables.This study used structural equation model effective sample object to the Shanxi Province enterprise to carry on the empirical analysis,based on relatively perfect research results at home and abroad,the first to research of small-scale,reliability test and validity test,and the scale of measurement item purification,on the basis of the formation of large sample questionnaire,240 questionnaires were effective large sample.In this study,SPSS19.0 and AMOS 21.0 were integrated to process and analyze the data,and the relationships among supply chain integration,supply chain visualization,supply chain agility and supply chain performance were studied.The dual mediating roles of supply chain visualization and supply chain agility were analyzed.The results show that supply chain integration has a significant positive impact on supply chain visualization,supply chain agility and supply chain performance.Supply chain visualization has a positive impact on supply chain performance.Supply chain agility has a positive impact on supply chain performance.The relationship between supply chain integration and supply chain performance is affected by the dual mediating effects of supply chain visualization and supply chain agility.
