There are mainly two views on sentence-generative mechanism. One is syntacticautonomy theory, whose main views are:①syntactic autonomous with generativity.Based on the core-sentence, syntax has the ability to generate other sentences bytransformational rules;②The function of semantics is to paraphrase and limit thesentences. The other is the theory of semantic structures can generate syntacticstructures, with the viewpoint that semantic structures have generativity, and thegenerativity process of sentence is the conversion of semantic structure to syntacticstructure.Starting from the second point, referencing to “meaning text” theory, thegenerative process of sentence is marked as: predicate semantic structure'deepsyntactic structure'surface syntactic structure. In the process of “semantic structure'deep syntactic structure”, the correspondence between semantic valence and deepsyntactic actant appeared as the following types: conventional projection, transpositional projection, split projection, combination projection and recessiveprojection. The conversion from deep syntactic structure to surface syntactic structuredisplays the following forms, equipotent conversion, compound conversion, and dividedconversion. The surface represent form of actant of deep syntactic should be realized bystatistical analysis of the specific natural language. The longitudinal generative process of simple sentence from “semantic structure'deep syntactic structure'surface syntactic structure” can be reflected in governmentpattern of predicate. In government pattern tables, correspondence between semanticvalence and deep syntactic actant, deep syntactic actant and surface syntactic actant willbe represented one by one.
