Social right was given two important functions since the date of its arising:first,it can guarantee the survival and development of human as a basis of getting thenecessary material of life for people; second, social rights will improve the mechanismof social stratification, and shape rational hierarchical structure further as an anotherreverse force to resist the market force. However, both the West and China’s socialrights process are faced with varying degrees of crisis in the development, and has stillnot been fully resolved, Leading to a serious consequence that the social rights notonly did not curb the widening class gap but also increase the level of differentiationin the same direction of market forces. As Sun Liping said, the breaking society stemsfrom the imbalance of rights. Fundamentally, the current social pattern of strong andvulnerable groups, and the deep rift between the two groups are the inevitable resultof uneven social rights. how to get rid of their own crisis and achieve self-sustainabledevelopment in the positive interaction with the social class? This paper argues thatonly study deeply the prosess of evolution of of self-generation and development ofthe rights, dalysis its inherent dynamic mechanism for development and furtherexplore the specific action mechanism of social rights and social class, then it’spossible to find the way to resolve the crisis and make the social rights get rid of thecrisis, while promoting the harmonious development of all sectors of society. In the analysis of the historical evolution of social rights, we can see the differentforms in different historical periods of rights. It is these different forms of rights canhave different effects on the social hierarchy. The perspective of historical evolutionof social rights trajectory will help us further capitalize on the inherent powermechanism of generation and development of social rights. The analysis of the powermechanism of social rights make us recognize that the various class groups also play a pivotal role in addition to the nation as an important actor in the process of expansionof social rights. That means social rights and social class don’t act in an one-way, butinteract in a two-way.the influence of social rights on the social class depends on two main factors: thedegree of sufficitence of social rights and the degree of equalization of social rights.Social rights can be divided into four types according to the degree of sufficitence ofsocial rights and the degree of equalization of social rights. These four types of socialrights have different effects on social classes through the followingmechanisms:first, the dynamic mechanism of stratification.Stratification mechanismshould be made of two forces. One is positive driving force to promote stratification, and the other is braking force class to prevent excessive reverse differentiation. Whenthe level of the equalization of social rights is lower, Social rights are in the samedirection with the market, becoming the driving force of stratification. When the levelof the equalization of social rights is higher, Social rights are in the different directionwith the market, becoming the driving force of stratification. Second, the mechanismof shaping hierarchical structure. Only when the degree of sufficitence of social rightsis higher, can it play a strong role in shaping the hierarchical structure. Third, hierarchical integration mechanism. Social rights can achieve integration between thevarious sectors from both subjective identity of psychology and adjustment ofobjective interests.Social class influences social right smainly from two aspects. First, the socialclass structure determines the poor sequence of social rights. Poor sequence socialrights is further divided into differential mode of implementation of the social rightsand poor sequence pattern of social rights. Poor implementation of social rights refersthat social rights body is gradually extended from the upper to the lower hierarchy inthe implementation process. Second, the social class structure determines differentsocial rights action of the different groups. The upper groups protect vested rightswhen the lower social groups request the missing social rights.Due to the scarcity of resources, the structural condition of the social hierarchydetermines the differential mode of implementation of the social rights. However, with the gradual increase of economics, distribution of social rights is not developingtowards the direction of equalization. But is still based on the differentiated identity.Making social rights did not extend to the lower realized, but continue to accumulateand involve in the upper interior. The gap between different sectors of society rightgroups is growing and forming a hierarchy of social rights,Eventually leading to rightsimbalance caused by severe deprivation of rights and interests of lower groups.Imbalanced social rights become the same force with the market forces,curingmarket-driven social class structure. As a redistribution mechanism, the function ofsocial rights is not solidifying and expanding class gap, but should narrow the gapof class and achieve positive interaction with social class in self-sustainabledevelopment. To achieve positive interaction between social rights and social class,The identity-based differences of social rights need to be changed completely.socialrights should be based on truly equal citizenship. To achieve such a fair right, eachsubject need to play their initiative fully. State should actively take its responsibility, constructing the equal social rights up to down. Social class groups should play theirown subjectivity, and enhance social cooperation between classes, AchievingBottom-up self-realization of the rights allocation, autonomous growth. Individualcitizens must fulfill the corresponding obligation to the rights when they get socialrights,Realizing the balance between rights and responsibilities.
