Research On The Social Management Mechanism Innovation Under The View Of Classes Harmony

The social construction achievements after the founding of new China are the inevitable result of advancing the innovation of the social management. The Third Plenary Session of the eighteen Committee of the Communist Party of China explicitly put forward the task of innovation of social management of deepening the reform comprehensively; it marks the social construction from the social management to a new leap of social governance and opens a new stage of the innovation of social management mechanism. At the same time, more than 30 years of reform and opening up in-depth development of the socialist market economy system, "the group structure of two classes and one class" becomes constantly complicate, the emergence of new social stratum structure and group structure, which make the class differentiation and reorganization, increase the contradiction and conflict of the interests among classes. China is in a critical period of comprehensive deepening reform and huge changes in the economic system, social structure, and value attitudes occurred. Meanwhile, China has entered the building a moderately prosperous society in a critical period, and therefore to build a harmonious relationship between class and social governance system adapted to is important. In order to promote the harmony in class relations, the innovation of the social management system is facing an important challenge. Firstly, the diversity of interests, the interests of the game and differentiation, and the interests’ expression channel isn’t smooth increase the difficulty of interests’ coordination among the various sectors of the masses. Secondly, the conflict of the stratum culture has become increasingly prominent and fierce, leading to social behavior anomie. Finally, contradiction complexity, contradiction sharpened, conflict mediation difficult, intensified the contradictions among the people prone to. By analyzing the challenge and reasons that the social management system innovationunder the view of harmony in class relations, then combining with the actual to put forward the countermeasure, such as to improve coordination mechanism of interests to coordinate the class interests, to integrate cultural adjustment mechanism to norm the social behavior, to innovate conflict mediation mechanism to prevent and resolve social conflicts and so on. To respond actively the challenges for promoting harmony in class relations to promote the innovation of the social management mechanism innovation, from the social management system embodying the harmonious view of class relations in ideas, subject, systems, mechanisms and other innovation etc.
