Study On The Interaction Between Social Harmony And Inner-party Harmony

A big portion of the current academic studies on the relationship between social harmony and inner-party harmony is from the perspective of the significance of inner-party harmony to social harmony. Studies on the other way around are virtually neglected. This thesis attempts to break the unidirectional pattern of"Promoting Social Harmony through the Harmony within the Party"with an eye to investigating the relationship from bidirectional interaction.After the fundamental exposition of social harmony and inner-party harmony, this thesis presents the author's opinion from the academic, historical and practical aspects, which is that the healthy interaction between social harmony and inner-party harmony is critical in the entire progress of establishing a harmonious socialistic society. This thesis first explains the reason why the interaction occurs between social harmony and inner-party harmony as a whole: social harmony and inner-party harmony is a reflection of the relationship between society and party in the essence, a relationship of part and whole in the content and a relationship of ends and means in the form. The question of"why the interaction occurs"between them is answered through classifying the relationship of them. Secondly, all the elements of social harmony and inner-party harmony are classified in this thesis. The interaction mechanism between them is examined through extracting three key categories as thought, power and human relations. Thus the question of"how they interact with each other"is answered in theory. In the end, based on the comprehensive investigation of the interaction between social harmony and inner-party harmony, this thesis attempts to discover a way of healthy interaction and to solve the problem of"how to promote the healthy interaction between them"in practice. It is the author's opinion that social harmony establishes a solid foundation for the harmony within the party. Conversely, inner-party harmony provides a clear guideline for social harmony. A healthy interaction between social harmony and inner-party harmony is bound to be cultivated by having them soaking into each other. This thesis conceives a method with which the CPC and the society can develop harmoniously: with harmony as the final goal, consolidating common benefit and opinion, improving the mechanism of jointing and communicating, and coordinating the conflicts of theory and reality between party and society.
