Pursuit efficient teaching is the dream and pursuit of Chinese education.Since the founding of the New China, the problem of "little, slow, poor, fee" on Chinese teaching has plagued classroom teachers, it also attracted keen attention to the education sector. In the Turn of the century from20th to21st, the language education received again the fierce criticism from the community because of inefficient teaching, teaching content "complex, difficult, partial, old" and other issues. Early21st, the language courses and teaching went into the reform accompanied the worldwide wave of the classes reform movement.However, the reform is not fundamentally solve the problem of teaching effectiveness, and with the new curriculum and teaching reform practice deepened, the language teaching efficiency is still the most important issues of all, because of the new language teaching problems and the old language teaching problems overlay staggered and tangle-filled.The issue of language teaching efficiency must be resolved by a rescue remedy, after it faces reality itself, comes into in-depth practice to identify problems, be researched and be traced from head to foot. But if it is merely to advocate the concept of teaching effectiveness instead of in-depth practice, it is difficult of the teaching effectiveness to be solved.In view of this, the study sets out from the practical problem of teaching lesson plans, teaching practice of language teachers, quality demands of language teaching, the reform of new curriculum deepened, and so on, and collects and reads the domestic and foreign language teaching literature relevant from three aspects of the research on teaching objectives, effective teaching and teaching generated.The study goes into research on the problem of language teaching objectives generated effectively, after it summarizes research experience and inadequate from three aspects above.In order to achieve research purposes of the goal on language teaching effectively generated. First, this study illuminates multidimensional value of the target on language teaching.The words wisdom is the essence of language teaching goal. The innovation is the demands of times on language teaching objectives. Learning to learn is the ultimate goal of language teaching objectives. It specifies the direction on effectiveness for language teaching objectives generated.The study obtains the first-hand information of language teaching by surveys, interviews, observation, literature analysis and other methods. Then, the research reveals the deep roots on the issues above from three areas of teacher, curriculum and educational culture. At the same time, the study illustrates the connotation, the characteristics and the theoretical basis of language teaching target on the effective generation. It emphasizes the properties of generation, efficiency and discipline on the language teaching target. It also illustrates the synergies theory of the factors, the "leverage" principle of the key factor, and self-organization theory of the factor from teaching process. It provides a theoretical perspective for the follow-up study.Secondly, it comprehensive studies the status researched about the language teaching objectives, the teaching content (teaching resources), the teaching activities, the teaching situation and the teaching evaluation. It also comprehensive studies the effects on language teaching objectives effectively generated, and accordingly put forward strategies of various elements optimized.Third, the study examines the instructional strategies of teacher’s during the process of the language teaching target effectively generated. In order to play the function of teacher’s supervision, decision-making and coordination, in order to improve teaching efficiency, and to promote the effective generation of teaching objectives, the teachers teaching strategics has been proposed for teachers’ teaching beliefs enhanced, teaching knowledge reconstructed and the skill of decision-making.Finally, the localized process mode of the language teaching objectives effectively built has been proposed after the analysis on the strategy of the factors above, and learning from the advanced design concepts and the effective teaching model from the foreign.It is the process model of effective verbal intelligence target generated. It is the process model of Innovation and practical ability on target effective generated. It is the process model of learning to learn on targets effectively generated. And they are described each of their theoretical foundation, environment supported, design, etc of the process model.In short, the research on the goal of language teaching effectively generated is a complex practical problem. With the change of society and times, it also constantly evolves new problem which drives the transformation and development of language teaching.This study attempts to teaching goals just as the core, a comprehensive and systematic study of language teaching objectives effectively generate construct suitable target different nature of language teaching pattern generation process, changing teachers’ ideas, and improve the preparation of textbooks structure, promote a harmonious relationship between teachers and improve quality of language teaching, language teaching leading to effective teaching track.
