School change is a microcosm of the entire education reform, and is the carrier and components of the education development, which is influenced deeply by the social transformation. There are unique experiences with individuals that belongs to ego in the life time of school change, also school groups and education system of memories. After being accustomed to appreciate the passionate and education reform’s grand scene, tasting the small role of history stage, we will get the profound and comprehensive understanding of education reform and development of social transformation. Since the early twentieth century Chinese society in the process of modernization, education also followed the steps on the modernization of society. With the change of the modernization of the school going through all sorts of ups and downs with the waves. The change process of these schools noted the path of the social change, which are filled with the trace of evolution of education thoughts and education practice reform. Today, they have kept the fresh vitality, individual and group life experience, continued the process of the historical mission of the development and change. These schools seem to be a wonderful experience thought profound walkers, tell the story of the development of the change. Carefully analyzing the experience of these schools, we can almost see the path and the direction of school change.JuKui school is such an experienced Chinese school in more than one hundred of education development history, is still in precipitation, thinking, and running. In1880, the school by JuKui YiShu converted into JuKui academy is on the change course of more than one hundred years. JuKui academy’s preparation had roots in the indoctrination hing style of thought in Chinese traditional concept, Combined with the Baisha water station economic prosperity and social stability. Local governments and the Baisha gentleman had a good interaction on education, especially the gentry class’s contribution to the academy construction. Also the school was imprinted with the gentry family glory and thoughts. Facing national power decline change trend of thought and the change of social situation in the revolutionary rise and national system, the school is faced with important turning point. In1905, JuKui academy changed into JuKui Xuetang. In1912, JuKui XueTang changed into JuKui school. JuKui school already is not only a system of running school, but also the culture and thoughts are more open. School also converted from a new culture and new ideas to real action, stepping by step towards the new education. During this period, the school had undergone major changes on the internal governance system. Focused on school profit and principal candidate, all forces are lobbying. After several rounds of game, in1925, the school established the system of board of directors as the internal governance system,which balanced the interests of all parties to quell the various disputes, and promoted the school to the way focused on education. After the restructuring, the school funds, teachers and the hardware facilities of the school were making a big breakthrough. Due to the Deng’s family’s the enlightened cultural attitude and courage to bear the social responsibility, the school had attracted a lot of famous celebrities to school teaching and lecturing. The scale enlargement, remarkable achievement for running schools, obtained the social praise and government encouragement. Ministry of education and Sichuan province awarded in numerous achievements, that the school won the the fine reputation of "Shu Xiang model",that is one of the best schools in Sichuan. After the heyday of achievements, the school changed gradually to downfall by the country’s civil strife. The school by the new national government was taken over in1953, and then to the new development road. In the early by the new government to take over, the school ideology and education activities were in constant adjustment and reform. The school idea was grafted onto the Soviet union model, the curriculum was also in swing and change at any time. These situation culminated in the cultural revolution, that made the school education activity falling into the trough, even once the suspension. After the arrival of a position and reform and opening up, the school also slowly began to recover from the lows, and gradually to restore the glory of the past. Like other schools of this age, JuKui was in groping in running the school rules to find an effective way to teaching. However, we see that such search is in a kind of confusion. Political influence and ideology of school change control is still obvious, at the same time the school and in the social transformation with the center of economic into a state of value lost profits behavior. How to run a good school is a question for our education theory research and practice today. When we are in for a variety of trends of education methods, management means and teaching skill overwhelmed, we retrospected JuKui’s history what can be found in one hundred, the achievements obtained from the participation of the outside world, from the internal institutional change and cultural cultivation, is a kind of comprehensive benefit. Until today, we are still more attention to some details, but not really into the habitat of a school change being lack of understanding system. Some research proposed overall transition, ecological perspective and cultural perspective is a beneficial exploration and creation, but still can’t find the key problems.JuKui school starting from the date of birth of a series of change is the epitome of the Chinese modem school change, which marked clearly the school change, vision, and direction. JuKui’s practice of school change made a lot of pieces, which these pieces is like the mirror of the flashing light, seems to be every piece of refraction of school change reality shining with the light of thoughtful. However, when we went into the lens to collect puzzle pieces and see the image in the mirror, we try our best to stitch and adjust the stadia, can not find being in accordance with a complete theory and see school change. JuKui school is the representative of the millions of Chinese schools, while these schools are seeking a good change facing social tide, education reform and cultural transformation in actively. We still see that these changes have not yet fully suffered the rationality of torture, is still a government-led the extension of the political will, is still in posturing posing a variety of culture. School are becoming the object of people complaint, meanwhil the school change confused increasingly principals and teachers. Tracking JuKui’s history, the theoretical probe of the trajectory, we can put forward some thinking and Suggestions for today’s school change. Today the school change should be good at drawing positive energy from huge social change, leading to induced changes in the way of institutional change. At the same time, the appropriate generated in under the metaphysical school culture. Of course these are macro thinking, still need more further research to promote the thinking to carry out the action for a specific school.
