Research On Income And Payment System Of Security Investor Protection Fund

Investor protection system is a cornerstone for healthy development of themodern capital market. Practice of security market in advanced countries has provedthat, investor protection fund plays an important role in fostering investors’ confidence,preventing and alleviating the security market risks and protecting the stablility andhealth of the security market. The operating mode of the fund determines weather theprotection system can proceed smoothly. Therefore, it’s especially important forChina’s security market, which is undergoing transition period.It’s necessary to establish a set of clear and accurate criteria to effectivelyimplement legal system. The article, by the means of system engineering, complexsystem modeling and BSDE and on the purpose of protecting the investors, integratesthe financing income and payment into one system recording to management andoperation of investor protection fund and establishs one BSDE basded system modelresearching on the relationship between the fee standard, investment, payment andobjective achievements. Then, it provides with different theoretical solutionsconsidering the risky assets and risk-free assets respectively.On the basis of the theory model, the article estimates and calculates the feestandards, and investment. According to the calculating and estimating results andanalysis of the existing relevant regulations of investor protection fund, it is found that,in the absence of sources of development fund, the fund is in poor security inaccordance with existing provisions of the investment scope and fee criteria, that is farfrom protecting the investors to the due of the fund. Under the current law andregulations, there is a gap between protection the investors demanded and that securityinvestor protection fund provided. And, the article proposes two methods to solve theproblem of inadequate charge, those are expanding the investment scope andrestructuring the fee standstards.
