Abstract:Currently, the level of regional economic development has become an important manifestation in the country’s economic strength, and the industry clusters become a pattern of effective promoting regional economic development. China’s regional economy has achieved a sustained growth, but there are many problems need to be solved:(1)The lack of independent innovation capacity in many industrial clusters can not form its own technological advantage and it has no form an industrial cluster of the most world-renowned brand, the overall strength should be improved;(2) the partly traditional industry clusters appear to lock-in effect, the innovation efficiency decline in regional technology, cluster facing disintegration, transformation or upgrade. With the rising of the global knowledge economy, technological innovation presents a high risk and collaborative; knowledge elements become a decisive factor in the development of industrial clusters. Using the modern communication and network technology to realize the various regional integration of innovation knowledge resources, accelerate the transfer of knowledge and enhance the technological innovation ability of industrial clusters, these problems must be solved in the park management and enterprise business. Therefore, use the innovative network view to analyze the influencing factors of knowledge transfer in the virtual industry cluster, explore the path of knowledge transfer in the context of virtualization, and make for enhancing the technological innovation capability and performance of virtual industry clusters; Through the analysis of influencing factors in the virtual cluster innovation network knowledge transfer, research the truth state of the closely knowledge transfer, it has important theoretical and practical significance.Regard the knowledge transfer of cluster innovation network as the research object, select the virtual industry cluster as the special perspective, and use social network theory, complex network theory to explore the virtual cluster’s innovation network characteristics, to analyze impact factors of the context virtual cluster’s innovation network knowledge transfer under the knowledge economical background. On the basis of theoretical analysis, regard the situational factors as adjustment variables, Regard the firm scale as the control variables in the influencing factors of knowledge transfer model constructed, and make out the appropriate assumptions; Select different regional mature industrial clusters as the data acquisition, use SPSS13.0to make the credit and validity analysis, use AMOS7.0to analyze the path analysis, and virtual cluster innovation network knowledge transfer factors offer a deeply understanding.This paper main innovative work as follows:(1)This study is based on the complex network theory, the theory of industrial clusters and knowledge transfer theory to explore the characteristics of virtual industrial clusters innovation network characteristics under the knowledge economic background; Use the view of innovation to study the virtual industrial clusters knowledge transfer and its influencing factors, and put the knowledge transfer into the complex innovation networks and explore the transfer way of effective knowledge, make the research into closely reality and a strong practical.(2)Build the influence multi-factor structure model for the virtual clusters innovation network knowledge transfer,"knowledge source--knowledge recipient" in the traditional knowledge transfer research, given new meaning, and combine the new meaning and impact two-dimensional (structures and relationships) characteristics of knowledge transfer (non-homogeneous network node) virtual cluster innovation network, embedded knowledge transfer activities to build the influence factors model of a multi-view and multi-body innovation knowledge, make a breakthrough to the existing research, make the influencing factors analysis to more comprehensive and more realistic.(3)Reveal the internal mechanism of the virtual cluster innovation network characteristics to influence the knowledge transfer result from the empirical analysis.
