Mechanism On The Form Of Industrial Clusters And Studies On Cultivation Of Industrial Clusters Of Jilin Province

Since the end of 20th century, with the fast development of the regions, just like "Third Italy" and "Silicon Valley", people have already gradually related the enhancement of local or the national competitive power with the new industrial organization production method - industry clusters. A new wave of the research on industrial clusters has emerged. At the same time, the various countries and local government make their industrial policies based on the theory of industrial clusters and have established massive Industrial area and Industry Park. These practices have enriched the industrial clusters theory. This thesis is under this background, on the basis of reading generously domestic and international documents about industrial clusters to summarize the mechanism of the form of the industrial clusters and the pattern of the industrial clusters. Based the summarization and the present situation of the industrial clusters of jilin province, the author tries to make some suggestion on the cultivation of the industrial clusters of jilin province. Besides the preface and conclusion, the thesis is divided into four parts altogether:The first part is the summary of the mechanism of the industrial clusters form. This part summarized the mechanism of the industrial clusters according to the time order. Obtains four kind of conditions which the industrial clusters forms, the essential factor condition, the formation of the enterprise network, the formation of region innovation system as well as the formation of the local institutional environment and the social culture network.The second part is the analysis of the evolution patterns of the industrial clusters. This part is made of three partial constitutions, the patterns based on the degree of intervenes taken by the government, the patterns based on the Markusen theory and the patter based on the theory of Modularity.The third part is the analysis of the present situation of the industrial clusters in Jilin Province. This part summarizes the existing superiority and questions on the development of the industry clusters in Jilin Province through the analyses on the present situation of five industries in Jilin Province.The forth part is the suggestion on the cultivation of the industrial clusters in Jilin Province. Based on the existing questions, the author propose to cultivate the industrial clusters through the establishment of the industrial park ,the enterprise network ,the regional innovation system and the institutional and the social culture network.
