Research On Traditional Industrial Clusters Innovation Network

Reform and opening up for three decades, a large number of traditional industrial clusters development and drive the regional economy's rapid growth in the Pearl River delta region. With globalization, knowledge and informatization, especially since the 2008 financial crisis, the low technology content, weak independent innovation ability, lack brand problems of the traditional industry cluster has become the bottleneck of restricting its future development. It is undoubtedly the inevitable choice that building cluster innovation network, bringing every innovation behavior corpus function, strengthen the network nodes of information exchanged, knowledge, technology, and jointly promote cluster networks innovation ability of ascension.In order to provide the basis theory and reference for the optimizing the industrial structure of shilling town, promoting their innovation ability competition, and upgrading leather industrial cluster. Based on the review of cluster innovation network composition and its formation mechanism in this paper, and take the leather industrial clusters innovation network in shilling, Guangzhou, as an example. Using enterprise questionnaire, depth interviews and investigation methods for obtaining first-hand data, to research innovation network , tidy the development process of leather industrial cluster in shilling town, and constructing the cluster innovation network model, reveal cluster innovation network organization and spatial structure characteristics and its evolution rule, analyzed the innovation network forming dynamical mechanism in different stages, quantitative characterization and diagnosis the density and intensity of innovation network connection of each node between innovations, and then analyzes the relationship between the industrial clusters innovation network connecting features and enterprise technology innovation performance. Firstly, the author analysis the development situation of the study area of shilling town, Huadu district ,using location quotient to reveal the Prominent position of the leather industry in china; Secondly, on the basis of the related studies, constructs the leather industrial clusters innovation network in shilling town, analysis the core network layer, network layer, auxiliary support network layer, especially questionnaire and depth interview for raw materials professional market and leather production enterprises, and giving further analytical for the core network characteristics of the behavior; Thirdly, analysis the organization and spatial structure of innovation network in leather cluster, and its drivers in different phases. For organizational structure, atoms type network structure in the beginning stages,horizontal type structure in the growth stage,hybrid structure is behaved in develop and promote stage; The evolving laws of innovation network space structure evolving laws are from "dot" to "line", and then to "face". Through the analysis of enterprise interview and the case, obtained three foster modes, the mode of Joint venture, the mode of based on the independent innovation of local globalization, Internal and external binding modes, in enterprise innovation network. Fourthly, using the method of network analysis and correlation, to measure the density and intensity of cluster innovation network, and analyzed the correlation between density and intensity and the performance of enterprise technology innovation; finally, the study of the cluster innovation network is summarized, and points out the future direction of the research.
