High-tech Enterprise Financing Model And Risk Control Research Based On The Supply Chain

High-tech enterprise in our country is developing rapidly, the high-tech enterprise has become the extremely vibrant part of the national economy, create more social wealth, provides more and more jobs, the healthy development of the high-tech enterprises have become a sound and rapid economic development of China’s powerful stabilizer and boosters, and become a very important to promote the development of national economy.However, the financial resources and the position that high-tech enterprises get and the role of the social economy in China is unbecoming. Due to the high-tech enterprises themselves, financial institutions, and national policy reasons, the development of high-tech enterprises met many bottlenecks, such as talent, technology, funds, and the credit in the most serious, and financing difficulties is the main obstacle of the development of high-tech enterprises.In this paper, considering from the perspective of high-tech enterprise supply chain management, the study of corporate financing patterns of innovation, including the introduction of high-tech enterprise supply chain and integration, the innovation of the existing pattern analysis, based on the research of the supply chain financing model and the model analysis, risk analysis, and so on.First, analysis of the characteristics of high-tech enterprises and found the status quo, including the definition of related concepts, put forward the problems existing in the development of high-tech enterprises. On this basis, analysis of high-tech enterprise financing characteristics, summed up the paper and the high-tech finance related research present situation, finding the proposed research.In addition, summar the current supply chain management research, and the research of supply chain financing classifies the literature. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the predecessors’ research, sums up its deficiencies and the direction of further research, theoretical contributions of this paper is put forward.Second, in the process of study of the high-tech enterprise supply chain financing patterns of innovation, do the research of import supply chain management and integration of high-tech enterprises, for the introduction of high-tech enterprise supply chain management system is studied, and analyzed the relationship between enterprise strategy and supply chain network.Discussed the form of common supply chain integration strategy.Then carried on the high-tech enterprise financing model comparison and analysis, it means the comparative analysis the traditional financing model of high-tech enterprises, and the review on the present situation and problems of risk control. In addition, analyzes the high-tech enterprise financing pattern innovation motivation, refining the path of the high-tech enterprise financing innovation. On this basis, according to the characteristics of the high-tech enterprises, high-tech enterprise financing of new financing patterns are summarized, such as intangible assets financing, financing order, chattel pledge financing, etc., and to control the risk the financing model analysis.Established the financing patterns of innovation research, high-tech enterprise financing decision model under specific inventory impawn financing mode for the quantitative analysis, including decision-making, supply, financing or financing specific practical operation to provide theoretical reference. And three high-tech companies data collection, proved that the correctness and applicability of the model, for the company’s financing decision for the guiding Suggestions.Finally, based on the balanced scorecard theory, this paper puts forward the architecture of the high-tech enterprise supply chain financing risk management evaluation, and put forward the specific primary and secondary indexes, and establish the evaluation system of supply chain financing risk control of high-tech enterprises.
