High-tech industry is becoming increasingly important in the adjustment of economic structure and promotion of economic growth. Supply chain management, as a new management model, plays a vital role in improving competitiveness of high-tech industries. High-tech industries differ from the conventional industry, which can be seen in the followings: large investment on equipment, long period of purchasing, high speed of technological innovation, short life cycly of products, long producing period, quick market changes, difficulty in forecasting demand and so on, all of which make the core business in high-tech industries' supply chain face dilemma in managing management.This paper analyzes the development trend and characteristics of China's high-tech industry, combined with high-tech product life-cycle characteristics; the paper discusses the contribution of supply chain management to the competitiveness of high-tech industries and the construction strategy of high-tech industries. The conceptual models and the characteristics of supply chain management is given.By applying system dynamic method, the paper make high-tech industry supply chain model from the above-mentioned four modes, inputting "gap" demant into the model, observing the fluctuations in demand and inventory changes and finding that the use of co-operation strategy, supply chain management model can effectively inhibit the "bullwhip effect."Finally, through the use of design of experiments (DOE), the paper analyses the design of experiments and results with different parameters, filtering out the important factor, and revealing factors in influencing managing capacity in high-tech industry chain. The issue focuses on the managing capacity, and reseaches factors that inflence supplying chain performance, providing reference for the decision-making in improving managing capacity of core business in high-tech industry supply chain.
