Mechanism Mode And Countermeasures Of New Industrialization’s Promotion To Agricultural Modernization

Based on analyzing the development status of China’s new industrialization, agricultural modernization and new industrialization’s promotion to agricultural modernization, this paper describes the mechanism of China’s new industrialization’s promotion to agricultural modernization and verified the mechanism of mode through empirical analysis.Subsequently, according to the status quo analysis and mechanism of mode analysis, this article draw on foreign experience and construct a new type model of new industrialization’s promotion to agricultural modernization in line with our own characteristics. Finally, the paper analyzes the institutional environment of the new industrialization’s promotion to agricultural modernization, and push forward related initiatives. The specific arrangement of the chapters are as follows:The first chapter is an introduction, which first describes the research background, followed by the significance of the study and research purposes, research content, research methods, and proposed lack and innovation of this papers.Based on the existing research at home and abroad Chapter Ⅱ first reviewed the basic meaning and theoretical origins of industrialization and agricultural modernization, and summarizes the elaborate study of the development process of agricultural modernization. Subsequently, this chapter combined with the existing domestic and international studies summarizes the mechanism of new industrialization’s promotion to agricultural modernization, and make a detailed discussion through four perspectives:agricultural information, agricultural mechanization, industrial plants, the of the institutional innovation.Based on the literature review of Chapter II, Chapter III make a detailed analysis of the development status of China’s new industrialization, agricultural modernization, and new industrialization’s promotion to agricultural modernization using sufficient data.According to theoretical definition of new industrialization’s promotion to agricultural modernization, Chapter IV analyzes mechanism mode of new industrialization’s promotion to agricultural modernization through Four areas: agricultural information, agricultural mechanization, mechanization of agriculture, absorb of agricultural labor force.Chapter V select the appropriate variables to measure four aspects of China’s agricultural modernization(he level of agricultural information, the level of agricultural mechanization, agricultural sustainable level, the absorb of agricultural labor force), and measure the level of China’s new industrialization from five aspects:the industrial market, industry information, the level of urbanization, industrial internationalization and the level of green. Subsequently, this chapter, respectively, make empirical analysis of the new industrialization’s impact on agricultural information, mechanization, sustainable agricultural and absorb of labor and then make empirical analysis of agricultural information technology, mechanization, sustainable and absorb of agricultural labor’s promotion to agricultural economic growth.Chapter VI respectively described the international experience of the U.S., EU, and Japan on the industrialization’s promotion to agriculture,. And this chapter draw on existing international experience to investigate a mode of new industrialization’s promotion to agricultural modernization in line with our own particularity. This mode can be achieved through four aspects:agricultural information, agricultural mechanization, sustainable agriculture and absorb of agricultural labor.mechanism conversion of the four channels depend on three aspects:technological innovation, the institutional environment and industry support.Chapter VII first discusses the historical evolution and development status of China’s agricultural system and make policy recommendations for China’s environmental innovation on new industrialization and agricultural modernization. Subsequently, this chapter, combined with the existing analysis results of China’s new industrialization’s promotion to agricultural modernization make development initiatives:Reasonable speed up the construction of agricultural information to achieving new industrialization’s promotion to agricultural modernization; Vigorously promote high quality development of agricultural mechanization in order to lay the technical support for the modernization of agriculture; Effort to promote the deepening of sustainable agricultural production methods; agricultural labor to promote agricultural modernization.Chapter VIII summarizes the existing and prospect in the field of research.
