As the most important feeling of human being,vision dominates people's cognition,and affects people's thinking and judgment.More than 80% of the human information comes from vision.65% of people are visual learners.The half function of the human brain is related to image processing.Image processing is simpler and faster than text.Therefore,human beings have unique advantages in the vision and picture's cognition aspects.Based on the above advantages,ideas,techniques and methods of visualization came into being,and the combination of visualization and each industry has become the trend of future research and application.Coal mine safety management is the core link and fundamental guarantee of coal enterprise management,and has been highly valued by managers at all levels.In order to raise the coal mine safety management level,various kinds of information technology have been used in this field,and formed a variety of coal mine safety management systems.With the application of the system and the improvement of automation,a large amount of data and information are accumulated.In order to effectively utilize and express these data and information,it is necessary to transform them into graphs and images,so that people can use the advantage of the vision to cognize the data and information more effectively and precisely.Therefore,the concept of coal mine safety visual management appeared,and a variety of coal mine safety visual management systems have been developed based on this concept.Because new visual methods appear constantly,and the expression of coal safety visual management system is dazzling.In order to guide the application of visualization,it is necessary to study the differences among different visual methods,to discuss the factors which influence the visual effect,and to scientifically meusure the effect of visualization for all kinds of users.However,the current research of visual management is still in its initial stage,lacking of relevant theories and methods.This thesis is supported by the State Natural Sciences Foundation of “Coal safety visual management and graphic gallery based on data mining”(61471362).Based on the theory and method of cognitive science,this paper focuses on the content of “visual display”.This paper can be divided into seven chapters according to the thinking path of “putting forward problems,analyzing problems,solving problems and giving advice”.Specific research contents are as follows:Chapter 1: The introduction.First of all,this chapter analyzes the research background of coal mine safety visual management effect,and points out that the visualization is the development trend of coal mine safety management system,which leads to the necessity of the research on the effect of visual management.Secondly,the current situation and development trend of visual management,coal mine safety visualization and coal mine safety visual management are analyzed.It is found that there is lack of theoretical research on the effect of coal mine safety visual management and the effect can not be measured scientifically and effectively.Therefore,the problems that need to be studied in coal mine safety visual management are put forward.The goal and significance of the research are defined,the main content and research methods are analyzed,and the technical route is introduced systematically.Chapter 2: The literatures review.This chapter focuses on the main problems of coal mine safety visual management,from the three aspects of visualization,the relationship between cognitive science and visualization,coal mine safety management evaluation.This chapter provides a theoretical basis for the research on generation mechanism of coal mine safety visual management effect,construction of the measurement indexes,the experiment of influence factors,construction of evaluation model.Through the literature research,the author understands the relevant progress of the proposed problem,finds out that the current research is insufficient,and provides reference for the following research.Chapter 3: The theory frame of research.This chapter explores the theoretical system of coal mine safety visual management effect.Firstly,analyzes the concept of coal mine safety management visualization effect,introduces the definition,characteristics and factors of coal mine safety visual management.Starting from the concept of the effect,the definition and content management effect are raised,the concept of coal mine safety visual management effect is presented,and the hierarchical model of coal mine safety management visualization effect is proposed.According to the role the object,the effect is divided into subjective effect,objective effect and organizational effect.Secondly,this paper systematically analyzes the specific factors of the coal mine safety visual management effect from three aspects,including the visual subject,visual content and visual method.Then,the paper analyzes the effect and mechanism of the coal mine safety visual management,explains the mechanism of the effect from four aspects,and puts forward the process model and the structural model of the coal mine safety visual management effect.Finally,the paper constructs the theoretical system of coal mine safety visual management effect,and puts forward three key problems to be studied in this paper.Chapter 4: Study on index system.In this chapter,the index system of coal mine safety visual management is constructed.First of all,this paper analyzes the purpose,significance and principle of the index system of coal mine safety visual management,summarizes the thought of the index system construction,and puts forward the content frame of the index system.Secondly,the indexes of the subjective effect are proposed,which include four cognitive indicators of cognitive time,cognitive accuracy rate,cognitive frequency,cognitive load,and three feedback indexes of decision time,decision accuracy,mental workload.The cognitive load and mental workload index were screened,and the consistency of each index was verified by the eye movement experiment.Thirdly,from the three aspects of human,material and environment,the objective effect indexes are selected preliminarily.Then,from the aspects of organizational loss and organizational reform,the organizational effect indexes are selected preliminarily.Using the method of questionnaire investigation and factor analysis,four objective effect indexes and three organizational effect indexes were extracted from the primary indexes.Finally,the index system of coal mine safety visual management effect is formed,and the relationship among the three stages is analyzed preliminarily.Chapter 5: Research on impact factors.This chapter studies three aspects of influence factors for coal mine safety visual management effect by experiments.First of all,based on the selection of influence factors about coal mine safety visual management,the influence factors analysis model of mine safety visual management is constructed.Based on the theory of graph and image,the experimental frame of the influence factors is formed about coal mine safety visual management,and the experimental design and analysis methods involved in this chapter is introduced.Secondly,aimed at three aspects content of coal mine safety visual management,including unsafe behavior of human,unsafe condition of object and undesirable environment of working,the coal mine safety image visual experiment is carried out.The experiment shows the difference of the 4 kinds of visualization methods,such as photograph,comic,video and virtual reality,which display the real-time situation and detail information.Then,according to the two kinds of content of the coal mine safety information visualization and knowledge visualization,the coal mine safety graphical visual experiment is carried out,the experiment verifies the differences among visualization methods for each content,and studies the influence of visual content's number and visualization methods' spatial attributes on the visual management effect.Finally,the results of the experiment are summarized.The results of the coal mine safety image and graphical visualization experiments are discussed,and the basic conclusions on the influence factors of coal mine safety visual management are formed.Chapter 6: Research on measurement and optimization.In this chapter,the evaluation model,method and optimization recommendations of coal mine safety visual management are put forward.Firstly,based on the path analysis from cognitive indexes to feedback indexes of coal mine safety management subjective effect,the relationship between cognitive indexes and feedback indexes is clarified.Secondly,The ABC behavior analysis is used to realize the conversion of subjective effect to the objective effect about coal mine safety visual management,and expert scoring method is used to achieve the transformation from subjective effect and objective effect to organizational effect about coal mine safety visual management.Thirdly,based on the relationship between the above effects,measurement model of subjective effect,objective effect and organizational effect about coal mine safety visual management are constructed.The TOPSIS method is proposed to evaluate each stage effect of coal mine safety visual management.Based on a set of experimental data,the effects of the three stages are measured by the measurement model and the TOPSIS method,and the results are discussed.Finally,from the three aspects of visual content,method and subject,the paper puts forward the optimization strategy of coal mine security visual management effect.Chapter 7: Conclusion and prospect.This chapter summarizes the main conclusions and innovations of this paper,points out the lack of research,and makes clear the direction of improvement.The main contributions of this thesis include:1)This paper puts forward the connotation and influence factors of visual management effect in coal mine safety,explains the mechanism of coal mine safety visual management effect,and puts forward the hierarchical model,the process model and structural model of coal mine safety visual management effect.2)This paper proposes,secreens and verifies the evaluation index of subjective effect,objective effect and organizational effect about coal mine safety visual management,and the index system of coal mine safety visual management effect is constructed.3)To carry out eye movement experiment about coal mine safety visual management,the influence of three aspects on coal mine safety visual management is revealed.4)This paper explores the relationship among the subjective effect indexes,objective effect indexes and organizational effect indexes of coal mine safety visual management,and constructs the measurement model of subjective effect,objective effect and organizational effect about coal mine safety visual management respectively.At the same time,the TOPSIS method is put forward to measure the effect of each level.Finally,the optimization strategy of coal mine security visual management effect is put forward.In summary,the research on the effect of coal mine safety visual management is to measure the application effect of visual technology,method and approach in coal mine safety management.This research is an important part of coal mine safety visual management theory,which has a guiding role for the promotion and application of the visualization.Based on cognitive science,this paper studies the basic concept,production mechanism and influence factors of coal mine safety visual management effect by eye movement experiment,statistical analysis,behavior analysis and data modeling,puts forward the measurement indexes,model and method of coal mine safety visual management effect,and provides the improved optimization strategy of coal mine safety visual management.It has a certain theoretical and practical significance for the development and application of coal mine safety visual management.
