With the development of electronic information technology and the country's increasing emphasis on coal mine safety production,safety instruments have been widely used in all aspects of coal mine production.The popularization of safety meters has caused frequent manual operations in meter management,low recovery and issuance efficiency,difficulty in querying historical accounts,and inability to perform early warning of meter leakage based on employee permissions,which severely restricts the efficient management of coal mine production,so it is necessary to design a set Perfect instrument management system to help companies solve the above problems.Based on the school-enterprise cooperation project of Yangliu Coal Mine,this paper has developed a coal mine portable meter intelligent management system.The system combines the advantages of existing systems at home and abroad,and has made certain innovations on this basis.First,according to the standard multi-channel queuing model,under the premise of comprehensively considering system performance and cost,the optimal number of service stations in Yangliu Coal Mine was selected through data comparison;secondly,the existing voice system on the market was improved,and the existing voice synthesis on the market Most broadcasts are based on Bluetooth and WIFI,with short transmission distances and high requirements for environmental terrain.This article combines the XFS5152 CE intelligent speech synthesis chip with Ethernet,and uses the TCP/IP protocol to realize the intelligent voice remote broadcast system,and realize the remote alarm of the employee's missed instrument;Finally,the problem that Hikvision's face recognition equipment cannot be operated concurrently is improved,and the callback function of the face recognition equipment is redesigned using thread pool technology and concurrency control technology to achieve concurrency control and improve work efficiency.This system is based on the Spring Boot framework,using My Sql database,Java programming language,MCGS terminal control equipment,etc.,to achieve all the functions of the system.The system is mainly divided into two parts: background management module and terminal management module.The main functions of the background management module are personnel information and authority management,instrument information and instrument maintenance management,early warning and alarm management,historical record management,identity verification management and information sharing management,etc.;the main function of the terminal management module is the intelligent borrowing and management of instruments.Return,instrument maintenance and adjustment,intelligent sending and receiving,intelligent voice alarm,intelligent sending and receiving of instrument failures,and employee face recognition login,etc.This system successfully solves the problems of low receiving and sending efficiency,difficulty in querying historical records,inability to judge whether employees have missed the instrument and late inspection of the instrument in the existing instrument management system of Yangliu Coal Mine,which improves instrument safety and reduces labor costs.This has laid a solid foundation for the expansion of production.The paper has 56 pictures,32 tables,and 62 references.
