The main work of this dissertation includes: iodine-catalyzed synthesis of heterocyclic compounds 4-aryl pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxaline,catalyst-free oxygen-oxidized approach to pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalines,Rh-catalyzed rearrangement reaction of N-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles and phosphorus ylide.The first chapter is the general section,which summarizes the various organic iodinecatalyzed reactions,and its applications in the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds.The second chapter is the iodine-catalyzed oxygen-complemented and one-pot synthesis of pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxaline derivatives using benzylamine and 1-(2-aminophenyl)pyrrole.4-aryl pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxaline is widely distributed in framework of drug and natural product.Although there are many literature methods which synthesize these compound,it is still of great meaning to develope synthesis of these compound using immediately material under environmentally-friend conditions.We successfully developed a approach for the synthesis of pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalines,using 1-(2-aminophenyl)pyrrole and arylmethanamines as the starting materials catalyzed by iodine.There are many advantages of this development,such as simple-tohandle,environmentally-friend and good yield.The third chapter is catalyst-free oxygen-complemented approach to synthesize pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalines derivatives using 1-(2-aminophenyl)pyrrole and aldehydes.A green and practical one-pot approach for the synthesis of pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalines,using 1-(2-aminophenyl)pyrrole and aldehydes as the starting materials,was successfully developed,which is based on our provious study.Compared with previous study,not only can we synthesis 4-aryl pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxaline,but also 4-aliphatic pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxaline.The fourth chapter systematically summarizes the various rhodium-catalyzed reactions of N-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles,and its applications in the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds.The fifth chapter is the synthesis conjugated phosphorus ylide using N-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles and phosphorus ylide.There are many reports which synthesize nitrogenous compounds using N-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles and nucleophilic reagent catalyzed by rhodium(II)acetate.However,there is no report about the reaction of N-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles with phosphorus ylide.A rearrangement reaction of N-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles and phosphorus ylide has been developed,which supplies the gap in the field of rhodium(II)carbenoid reaction,a series of conjugated phosphorus ylide were also manufactured.
