The development and application of cold chain logistics technology is directly related to both the quality and safety of agricultural products and their economic performance.Improving of the cold chain logistics technologies is an important measure to ensure the safety of agricultural products consumption and promotion of agricultural benefits.As one of the major fruit species consumed in our country,it is a critical demand to study the grape cold chain logistics technologies and their evaluation.Based on the analysis of grape cold chain logistics system and the formation mechanism of its technical efficiency,this dissertation determines the evaluation system,constructs the evaluation models,conducts empirical research,and finally designs and completes a preliminarily evaluation system.This study reached major conclusions as following:(1)This dissertation summarized the three modes of grape cold chain logistics in China:room temperature short distance logistics mode,low temperature medium distance logistics mode and cold chain long distance logistics mode through field investigation and sensor monitoring.Based on the data,the volatility,correlation and synergy of grape cold chain logistics system were analyzed.It was proved that the cold chain logistics system was essential to ensure the grape quality and stability,to achieve the extension of grape in time and space,and to promote the value of grape.(2)In this dissertation,a modeling method of grape cold chain logistics technology evaluation was proposed,and the process and system of efficiency evaluation of grape cold chain logistics were established.The evaluation rationale in this dissertation was to realize the cold chain logistics effect from the elevation of the technique effect,to improve the logistics efficiency through logistics effect.A conceptual model was presented for the efficiency evaluation of the grape cold chain logistics technology,which clearly described the evaluation system and its elements.The conceptual model was described formally,and the related function and modeling methods were constructed.This provided a theoretical basis for the technical evaluation and system prototype.(3)A multi-index evaluation method was established based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and principal component analysis method in this dissertation that could adapt to the complicated dynamic process where multiple factors were coupled during grape cold chain logistics technique efficiency evaluation.This method could objectively reflect the continuity and fuzziness of cold chain logistics technique efficiency.The weighting method based on the principal component analysis could objectively reflect the weights of evaluation factors,and output definite evaluation results based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.In particular,the average weighted algorithm was used to extract information from the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result vector,which effectively avoided the evaluation bias arising from the maximum subordination principle and made the results of the technology evaluation more scientific and reasonable.(4)Based on the experimental design,the experimental data,expert evaluation and mathematical modeling were combined to test the established evaluation model in this dissertation,which evaluates the common sulfur-containing preservative technology,sulfur-free antistaling agent technology,temperature control technology,air conditioning technology and packaging technology in grape cold chain logistics.The empirical study shows that this evaluation model could achieve qualitative and quantitative evaluation of grape cold chain logistics technology,and solve the difficulties involved by multiple evaluating indicators and large interdependency among these factors.The evaluation results offers a scientific decision making basis for researchers and enterprise managers to develop,evaluate and select cold chain logistics technology.(5)In this dissertation the technical efficiency system of grape cold chain logistics was designed and realized,and the intelligentization,informatization of technology efficiency evaluation was achieved.Based on the analysis of system requirements,three layers of logical architectures were designed including data layer,function layer and presentation layer.Meanwhile,four functional modules were designed including systems data acquisition and management module,technology analysis and evaluation module,information consultation module and system management module.The implementation of the system could solve the problem involved by large scale of data,massive calculation,difficulty in management and application.
