Research On Food Cold Chain Logistics Warehouse Performance Evaluation System

In recent years, the food cold-chain logistics has made great development in our country. As one of the important links of the food cold-chain logistics, warehouse plays an important role in guaranteeing food security and freshness. Efficient storage process provides strong support for the rapid response of food cold-chain logistics. However, the concern about warehouse was disproportionately to the responsible for its important role, and problems like energy waste,inefficient in warehouse operation restrict the development of the food cold-chain logistics. Therefore, it's practical significance to establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system to evaluate the performance of warehouse.According to the characteristics of the food cold-chain logistics warehouse, this paper studies the performance measurement theory and method of the food cold-chain logistics warehouse using the theory of performance management. This paper work from the following three aspects(1)Food cold chain logistics warehouse performance evaluation system. This paper studies the performance of the food cold-chain logistics warehousing and measurement system from five aspects:storage economy,storage capacity of refrigerator,operation procedure of refrigerator,development and competitiveness,environmental protection.(2)Food cold chain logistics warehouse performance evaluation method this article selects 23 evaluation indexes from 35 initial indexes by using the Delphi method; AHP,Efficiency coefficient method,Linear weighting method are used to performance evaluation system, and they make the research more feasibly.(3)Positive analysis. In the comprehensive evaluation analysis, the article uses AHP to determine weights to calculate the index score at all levels, and groups into different classes, then calculate compressive scores with linear weighted method and the results are analyzed. The assessment model clearly reflects the specific deficiencies of warehouse inadequate in the case and provides the basis for improvement strategies of future warehouse management.
