Study On The Development Of Foodstuff Cold Chain Logistics In Dalian

Logistics has been enjoying its rapid development these years, while cold chain has hardly been concerned. However with the development of our economy and people ' s recognition of keeping healthy, cold chain logistics will gain more and more concern.Cold chain logistics is part of logistics, which needs to keep all the goods in certain temperature when they are being produced, transported, warehoused and sold. There are three kinds of products such as farm produce, semi-manufactured food, and some medicine, that need cold chain before they are on the move to people.This thesis focuses on the development of cold chain logistics in Dalian. It firstly introduces cold chain logistics and the status of cold chain logistics in this city. Then it analyses the supply and demand market of cold chain logistics in Dalian based on which the paper points out some problems in cold chain developing. Which is more important in this paper is that it gives out an integrative service model of cold chain logistics and puts LRP into the research in order to optimize the whole cold chain network. At the end of this paper, it summarizes a couple of suggestion to the development of cold chain logistics in Dalian.
