In order to solve energy conservation and emission reduction problem existing in conventional techniques of manufacturing steel-backed composite plate,the short processing liquid-liquid casting-rolling bonding forming work about steel-backed AlSn clad plate was carried out in this paper.Specific research works were as follow:The electromagnetic-mechanical stirring technique enhanced by turbulence was developed in research of A120Sn alloy liquid preparation.The numerical simulation of the stirring process of the alloy liquid by using two phase flow with electromagnetic and flow coupling model was carried out.Influence laws between radial angle and distribution of Sn,also laws between axial angle,electromagnetic frequency,stirring time and distribution of Si was found.The influence laws have been proved by experiments and aluminum-tin alloy liquid with uniform distribution of tin(20wt.%)was prepared by the technique successfully.A way to solve the key problem,namely,stopping gravity segregation and realizing structural homogenization of aluminum-tin alloy,was explored in preparation of A120Sn alloy.In research of steel-backed AlSn clad plate liquid-liquid casting-rolling bonding,the numerical simulation of the bonding process by using phase transition with heat transfer and flow nonlinear coupling model was carried out.Ranges of processing parameters such as steel liquid pouring temperature,alloy liquid pouring temperature,casting-rolling velocity,etc.that can realize steel-back and A120Sn alloy bonding were also preliminary indentified.Steel-backed AlSn clad plate liquid-liquid casting-rolling bonding research was carried out at condition in range of any other processing parameters that already preliminary indentified by simulation study.Research on interfacial micro structure of steel-backed AlSn clad plate liquid-liquid casting-rolling bonding plate was carried out,the relationship between inlet temperature of bonding zone,bonding time(quotient of casting-rolling length and casting-rolling velocity)and interfacial layer thickness was got.The structure of interfacial layer was studied.Compacting mechanism of interfacial layer of liquid-liquid casting-rolling bonding was presented.Research on mechanical property of bonding interface was carried out,the relationship between interfacial layer thickness and interfacial shear strength was got.Using GA based on RSM to optimize bonding process,and the technique can make composite plate get the largest interfacial shear strength of 69MPa was got.In this research,the process of liquid-liquid casting-rolling bonding was using metal melt at very beginning,the whole bonding process was non-oxidized and non-exposed,the bonding interface was very clean,the short process casting-rolling bonding technique that can manufacture high-property steel-backed almumium-tin cladded plate was formed.A way to solve the energy conservation and emission reduction problem that existing in conventional technique of manufacturing steel-backed composite plate was explored.
