Steel-titanium bonding plate has perfect performance as a kind of new composite material and can meet the demand of the aircraft skin material or other artifacts.To solve problems of steel-titanium bonding plate such as complex processing method,high production cost and lower interfacial strength,we put forward the method of semisolid casting-rolling bonding in this paper.The steel-titanium semisolid bonding plate with good interfacial properties was fabricated by controlling reasonable technological parameters.The main contents and results were described as follows:1.The research on preparing semisolid titanium alloy slurry was carried out.The titanium alloy slurry with uniform distribution of Ni(3wt.%)was gained with the help of electromagnetic stirring device.The relationship between solid fraction of titanium alloy slurry and stirring time is built.2.Use ANSYS and DEFORM-3D software to study the steel-titanium semisolid casting-rolling process on numerical simulation.1)It was indentified that the steel-titanium semisolid rolling process could be performed normally under the selected technological parameters.2)It was predicted that the front solid fraction position of semisolid slurry and the change in temperature field under different technological parameters.3.The steel-titanium bonding which has high bond strength was successful prepared in the research about the steel-titanium semi solid rolling process.1)The research on mechanical property was carried out,the relationship between the composite process parameters and the interfacial shear strength was investigated.2)Use orthogonal design to optimize the analysis,then the relationship between the composite process parameters and the interfacial mechanical properties was established,the best composite process parameters were obtained,which realized the prediction of the interface shear stress.3)The interface structure of steel-titanium bonding plate was investigated.Three different interfacial structures were analyzed,the composition of interface layer and the the bonding mechanism of semisolid casting-rolling bonding were studied on the basis of the bonding theory.
