The recycling and remanufacturing of end-of-life vehicles(ELV)impact heavily on green performance such as economic,resource,environmentand human factor.But the structural relationship and influence mechanism among these green elements during the whole process of recycling and remanufacturing is still in dark.Therefore,in this paper,taking recycling and remanufacturing of ELVs as research object,the green elements of ELVs recycling and remanufacturing system are analyzed andthe evolution of ELVs recycling behavior are studied.In addition,the influence of recycling and remanufacturing on green performance like resource,environment and human factor is also explored.By building models of system structure and influence relationship of recycling and remanufacturing system,Qualitative and quantitative research on green performance influence of the recycling and remanufacturing are explored.(1)From the perspective of system engineering,by analyzing the green elements,for example environment,resource,economy and human factor,and their extended attribute,the ingredient factors and their feedback relations of ELVs recycling and remanufacturing green system are induced and refined fromdifferent dimensions such as technology,process,subject,organization,control,information,capital.To describes the system composition factors and their association with green performance,stactic structure model of multi-layer and multi-dimensional recycling and remanufacturing green system based on the Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM)is built.(2)Aiming at the uncertain factors in the recycling and remanufacturing system,this paper focuses on the uncertain factors that affect the recovery rate of ELV.The uncertainty mainaffecting the recovery time,quantity and human factors,through the intercoupling and relation transition,these factors eventually affect the recovery rate.This paper first analyses the green factors influencing the recovery rate,then by building the ISM model,the hierarchy of interactions of the green factors is obtained.After that,quantitative and simulation analyses of the important green factors(i.e.,laws and regulations,financial subsidies and consumer acknowledge and acceptance degree of remanufactured goods)are made through the cloud model.The results indicate that continuous improvement of the regulations and steady subsidies have powerful impetus to the promotion of recovery rate,but when it reached a certain height,the sensitivity disappears accordingly;And the increase of the willingness of consumers to buy remanufacturing product can promote the development of the industry rapidly,but its effect on the promotion of recovery rate is not as remarkable as financial subsidies.(3)Participationin the recycling behavior of consumers is an important factor influencing the recovery rate.In this paper,based on planned behavior theory,factors influencing the recycling behavior and their mutual relationship are analyzed.Then through the cloud model,the qualitative described factors influencing the recycling behavior are quantized and simulating analyses on the residual effects,situational factors and demographic factors that have important influence on recovery behavior are conducted.The results indicate that the influence of the residual effects on consumers' participation in the recycling behavior fluctuate over time and will max at a certain time;For the situational factors,the influence of mandatory regulations and propaganda on the the recycling behavior is different and complex which needs specific analysis according to real situation;The differences of demographic variables impact consumers participation in recycle behavior significantly and also need particular analysis in each case.(4)In view of correlated impacts of ELVs recycling and remanufacturing system on the environment and people,system dynamics model of the environment and people respectively are constructed to study the effect and its action mechanism of green factors of ELVs recycling and remanufacturing on the environment and people.Results indicate that with the specification of ELVs recycling and remanufacturing industry,more and more automobiles choose formal approach to scrap,but there are still a large parts outflow to illegal recycling channels,aggravating environmental pollution.Moreover,automobiles outlived its usefulness which are still not scrapped will be an important source of environmental pollution.About human factors,this paper focuses on analysis of jobs and the damage to the personal safety,Additional,related coefficient of danger growth are obtained.(5)The article analyze the present situation of the legal system about ELVs recycling and remanufacturing of our country and other countries such as Europe and the United States,by comparison,the deficiencies and flaws of China's relevant regulations are explored and put forward policy suggestions are put forward accordingly.The innovation of this article is embodied in the following respects:(1)Through literature analysis and field survey of recycling enterprises,this paper sums up green factors influencing ELVs recycling and remanufacturing,and through constructing correlated models of these factors by ISM,the correlation between these green factors is revealed.(2)By quantitative and simulation analyses of green factors influencing ELVs recycling rate under uncertainty condition,this paper quantificationally explores their action mechanism,which is an expansion and innovation to the current theory and research of ELVs recycling and remanufacturing.(3)Based on the further study of green factors influencing ELVs recovery rate,this paper innovatively combines the cloud model with the theory of planned behavior and reveals the green factors that affect the participation of consumers in the recovery behavior and its mechanism.(4)In view of economy and human factors,through establishing the corresponded system dynamics model,this paper reveals the green influence mechanism of ELVs recycling and remanufacturing on economy and human factors,which is the specification and refinement to the green performance research of ELVs recycling and remanufacturing.
