With the rapid development of China's industrialization process and the improvement of people's living standards,the rapid replacement of products,results in a large number of waste products.In the environment of resource shortage,energy shortage and environmental pollution,recycling and remanufacturing of waste products can not only effectively boost resource reuse,but reduce production costs and environmental pollution as well,which brings significant resources benefit,economic benefit and environmental benefit.Nevertheless,much attention is paid to single mechanism in most existing literatures of remanufacturing mechanism,besides,the effects of quality uncertainty of used product on recycling and remanufacturing is not considered.In the light of the problem mentioned above,this paper,with the manufacturer's profit maximization as the objective function,and the uncertainty of the quality of waste products considered,the impact of government subsidies,carbon tax and the quality coefficient of recovery under the influence of subsidy and carbon tax mechanism on the pricing,recovery,profit and total carbon emissions of competitive remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain is analyzed quantitatively,and then on the basis of that,taking the automobile industry as an example,system dynamics method is used to analyze the influence of the dual mechanism of government subsidy and carbon tax on the economy,environment and resources.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:(1)With the quality status of waste products considered,a decentralized decision making model of closed-loop supply chain of competitive remanufacturing based on non policy mechanism,subsidy mechanism and carbon tax mechanism is established.It can be solved by using the idea of reverse induction.Compared with the no policy mechanism,the effects of carbon tax and subsidy on the closed-loop chain pricing,the best recovery quality,the profit and the recovery of the manufacturer are analyzed,based on which the recovery quality coefficient under the influence of subsidy and carbon tax is further analyzed.(2)The decentralized decision making model of closed loop supply chain is established under the double policy mechanism of subsidy and carbon tax,through the reverse induction method,the manufacturer's pricing,the profit of the nodes in the closed-loop supply chain,the recovery rate and the total carbon emissions of the whole closed-loop supply chain under the double mechanism are obtained,and compared with the subsidy mechanism and the carbon tax mechanism,it can be concluded that the conclusion of the dual policy mechanism is better than the single policy mechanism.(3)On the basis of the above analysis,the system dynamic model of recycling and remanufacturing of used automobiles is constructed.Through the simulation of the model,the effects of subsidies and carbon taxes on economic,environmental and resources in the automotive industry are obtained.
