Because of the limitation of the friction coefficient, friction-sliding isolation technology is mainly used in the structures with low height-wide ratio and low height, research, but there have few applications on frame structures. Molybdenum disulfide, having advantages aslow friction coefficient, higher resistance, long service time and wide temperature range and so on, is used as a good solid lubricant.In this paper, a new kind of earthquake isolation device is made, using molybdenum disulfide as the sliding friction material of the isolation layer. Firstly,using MTS electro-hydraulic servo test system at the same time, the new friction-sliding isolation bearing and mechanical performance test, the corresponding mechanical analysis and calculation model is established. Test and analysis results show that the coating material of molybdenum disulfide construction simple, mechanical performance is very stable, small friction coefficient(0.04~0.06), the vertical bearing capacity is higher, is a kind of ideal friction-sliding coating materials; In this paper, we develop a new type of earthquake isolation device with friction-sliding isolation and limit, and other functions, simple structure, strong applicability, and can be applied to practical engineering.Secondly, consistent similarity relation owe human quality model is established, and according to the design made a similar ratio of 1/5 across five layer 2 frame model structure, and the installed a variety of conditions and the development of new framework model of the friction-sliding isolation device structure simulated unidirectional earthquake shaking table test, and test the new one-way friction-sliding isolation device isolation and limit performance, studies the rule of the corresponding isolation and limit, proposes installing new earthquake isolation device structure finite element analysis and calculation method. One-way shaking table test and finite element analysis results show that the research and development of new type one-way earthquake isolation device isolation and limit effect is obvious, under normal circumstances, the structure of the earthquake acceleration response than the decrease of the aseismic structure about(30~50)%, interlaminar shear decreases about(20~50)%, the total displacement response to reduce(25~50)%.In addition, considering the influence of vertical seismic action on isolation structure, carried out by the single frame model structure, when the coupled action of vertical seismic simulation shaking table test and finite element analysis, contrast analysis of the single, vertical seismic coupling and corresponding seismic structure and the structure of the unidirectional isolation vibration isolation effect and limit performance, this paper discusses the influence factors of isolation effects, put forward the corresponding analysis method, at the same time under the action of horizontal two-way coupling earthquake isolation structure and seismic structure finite element analysis, studies the bi-directional horizontal seismic action effects on structure and seismic isolation structure. Test and finite element analysis show that in general, considering the vertical seismic action, the structure of the vibration isolation effect is reduced by about 50%, when the consideration of bi-directional seismic action, the structure of the unidirectional isolation effect will be reduced by about 40%, but there are still a good vibration isolation effect, due consideration must be paid to the engineering application.Finally, based on the friction-sliding isolation structure shaking table test study, on the basis of absorbing the domestic and foreign research results and practical experience in engineering construction, reference to relevant industry standards and norms. Gives the method of sliding base-isolated structure design and the suggestion, for the friction-sliding isolation to offer reference to actual engineering design application and technical support..
