With the rapid development of modern society and economy, as well as the wide application of information and intelligence equipments, each unit of electricity value is rising, and the power outage can cause more and more economic loss to users and society. So the reliability requirements of power system are also getting more important, and the research on power system reliability and optimization is an important mean for the quality of power supply and industrial modernization. To promote and improve the technology and management of power industry, improve the economic and social benefit, the reliability evaluation and optimization of power distribution system plays an important role in urban network construction and transformation.This research mainly consists of the development of urban power supply reliability evaluation, optimal control and management theory, algorithm and application software. The reliability evaluation, control and management system provides a complete power supply reliability assessment, control, management and auxiliary implement workflow.1.Algorithm research of reliability evaluation model, from the data source, data interface, data modeling and large-scale power grid reliability algorithm in four aspects to study how to establish the model of reliability evaluation algorithm of complete and effective. Including the establishment of data reliability evaluation system of extraction processes and data interface; according to the reliability assessment requirements, the establishment of network data model; research on large-scale power grid reliability algorithm on the basis of this, improve the calculation speed and precision;2.Research on the evaluation of the influence factors in the process of reliability, including effects of typical grid connection mode of reliability index, calculator cost-benefit method to improve the reliability for a given connection modes; outage rate analysis equipment and outage time of reliability sensitivity calibration means, provide the basis for the control and management of the effects of reliability; the reliability of power supply reliability index for power grid of the whole, and the reliability of each power supply section or substation control and put forward reasonable scheme.3.According to the above research, the evaluation system to realize large-scale power grid reliability calculation. According to the model of reliability evaluation algorithms mentioned above, combining with the local power grid data examples for the realization of the system reliability evaluation, and evaluate the reliability of the calculation and Simulation of district power network by using the evaluation module.Through the simulation and evaluation of distribution system reliability, one can understand the level of the whole distribution system reliability distribution. Find the weak links in the distribution network, and points out that the network planning and reconstruction direction, which provides a reference for the reconstruction of city distribution network. On the other hand, through quantitative calculation result in different reinforcement measures brought about by the economic benefits, which can maximally limited funds for increasing system reliability.
