| With the rapid growth of China’s economic development, electricity demand is strong. The contradiction highlights that development of grid demand is rapid and the traditional grid planning is increasingly lagging behind. New idea of grid planning is urgently needed. In the power system, power supply reliability index is an important indicator. It directly reflects the power supply capacity, continuity and reliability. Also reflects, to which extent, the power industry can meet the power needs of the national economy. High reliability of power supply is not only the expectation of users, but also the development needs and the objectives pursued by the power system enterprises. Beijing is an important economy node between China and the world. Its important status and role determined that the development speed and scale of Beijing city grid is far more than other urban power grids. But for a long time, the first goal of grid planning is to make sure high reliability of power supply. The primary responsibility of a business-Economic Indicator is ignored. As a business, the power supply enterprise should operate according to the needs of the market-oriented, and take the pursuit of economic efficiency as business development purposes. Therefore, how to obtain maximum economic benefits in the fierce market competition becomes the primary consideration of power grid planning.In this paper, firstly the status of the city power grid (including the urban distribution network) is analyzed; then under the premise of the protection of power supply reliability index, power supply reliability index in finished state undertook elaborating; on the other hand, to reduce the cost of the construction and operation of the grid, the architecture of the city power grid is in-depth studied, through the full life cycle of the economy operating principles, Chaoyang area as an example, the Beijing city power grid reliability index is calculated and assessed, four planning programs based on the reliability of supply are proposed; again combined with the economic evaluation method, these four planning programs are evaluated from the point view of the economic assessment.; finally the optimal planning program suitable for the Chaoyang area in Beijing city grid is determined. More scientific and reasonable planning program is made for planning and construction of the city power grid. The power grid planning is more scientific and practical, and win-win goal is achieved. |
